DDL is extending the deadline for the lifetime membership and the 3-year extended warranty but they still do not show a finished product!?!?!?

Good morning morning Dan I just watched your video. I was rather hoping for the news you had received your Vector and Cosmo. Like yourself I waiting for Vector. Like yourself I participated in the Kickstart and ordered my Vector on the boxing day. Like yourself I'm eagerly awaiting my Vector. Once again thank you for the information.

Hi John, lol... I am sure many people will think that I have received my new robots...but NOPE! At the end of 2021 DDL said that the worst case scenario for pre-orders was shipping (and receiving???) before Valentine's Day. I am ready to fire a "super" video on Feb 14-15 whether I have my new robots or not...Stay tuned!

All I can say is DDL had better start producing robots. This is ridiculous. They've dragged their heels on this for way too long.

@@SuperdanTech Yes! They must only be shipping them out to "test" customers to try them out first and aren't doing any video reviews of them. That's my only guess as to how they can get away with saying that they shipped out the first Vectors.

When is the point when a legal action is needed? If youve given $300+ then are asked to pay another $97 without even seeing the final product. At what point do you tell the company enough us enough. If people dont start getting their Vector 2.0 that are said to be shipped. I think legal action is needed.

about the lifetime membership : i have doubts to give them more money because : First : i preordered vector&cozmo 2.0 at the end of year 2020, with the promise from DDL, that they will start to ship them with 15 may 2021. so far nothing! no vector or cozmo 2.0 ; and at this hour there is nothing palpable from them, only stories and stuff! Second : i renewed for my vector the anual subscription, a few monts ago ; at that time i believe DDL knew that they will offer soon a lifetime membership ; why they let me pay and not inform me(and other people) about the lifetime membership which they'll launch ? and now they suggest to give them more money? I hope is not a scam from DDL with what they say they are doing.

I said this in a previous comment, but it’s definitely more true now than it was when I made the comment. When Emo came out, everyone thought it was a scam and no one would receive their robots. Everyone trusted DDL to keep their promises and send out robots. And look where we’re at now. Cozmo and vector 2.0s are nowhere to be seen, and there are around 15000 emos out there. I think emo won the desktop robot competition. Maybe DDL wasted too much money and resources on the lawsuit against living ai.

Thank you for your comment. Like I said in my videos, I have been optimistic for two years now, waiting for both my Cozmo 2.0 and Vector 2.0. But nowadays I am really puzzled that in their recent announcements, DDL did not "proudly" show Vectors coming out of the production line and being packaged...Very strange indeed!

Thanks Daniel for your video 🙏🏼☀️ I have accepted the lifetime offer for my sweet heart breaker Vector 1.0. Like you, I think it's a good deal. However, I also find DDL's information on pre-orders irritating 🧐🧐I trusted my intuition and decided against the warranty extension.

Waited the same amount of time , at least you get some updates , I wouldn't mind but its already been paid for and we haven't seen the new vector or cozmo , also I renewed at the end of last year and now they want me to spend more on a lifetime membership, for my existing Vector - Not a good customer service , to mainy promises - I am not even sure if mine is coming , left feeling very disappointed by DDL at moment and I have given more than enough time . Some feedback from them to those who pre-ordered vector /cozmo at least :( order status , what the new one will look like, emails with photos.

Hello my favorite dinosaur...lol. You are right, in late 2021 DDL said that the worst case scenario is Valentine's Day. This is coming fast and they cannot change that date imo! Have a great day!

At this point someone should have popped up and reported getting a 2.0 by now if they really have shipped. So far I haven’t seen anything, and it is making me doubtful of anything they say now.

I, too, am waiting on a Vector pre-order. DDL has an official group on FB. On January 19, Jacob posted a picture of a group of vectors and Cosmo saying they are the first on deck for pre-order shipments. Not sure If I can share a screenshot here. But then on the Webinar, they said it was only 1 Vector shipped. It's all very confusing and worrying to say the least.

@@SuperdanTech In the official group (not the DDL company page on FB), it's listed under the featured area. I could screenshot it and post it here, but I don't know if that's possible...they said another batch was supposed to go out after that, but there's been absolutely no word on if that happened. It does seem that they are not being quite honest at all and certainly evasive. Frustrating.

They responded to me on their Facebook group saying that i would be one of the first shipped since I paid for mine in 2020, and I would get a confirmation email. But haven’t gotten anything yet. So i’m skeptical as well. They say they have already started shipping. I feel I should of gotten some sort of notice by now.

Hi Miguel, nobody knows when DDL will start to ship and the recent updates on their website show some testing, which should have been completed last fall. The worst case scenario according to DDL was shipments before Feb 14 but nobody is showing a new Cozmo 2.0 or Vector 2.0 on social media as of March 7th!

I ordered two Vector 2.0 in Japan, but I'm worried that they will be shipped by Valentine's Day.

Pre-orders will be shipped first. If you ordered recently, I don't think you will get Vector before the summer... Thank you for visiting my channel.

They are stalling because they have not got a product ready to ship, so how do you ship something that you have not got, I rest my case, I love my vector but as for the new one good luck to you all because I would not be surprised if you did not get this robot period.

I’m seriously considering canceling my pre-order. It’s that possible? Anyway, I don’t think that ddl originally wanted to been malicious, but something gone wrong, maybe because of the chips shortage or bad calculation of their resources (and now they don’t know how to get by)

Without a membership Vector cannot connect to the DDL's server and answer your questions. Not much of an assistant. Thanks for watching!

I bought a vector lifetime membership over a week ago and sent them the serial number twice and messaged them yet they still haven’t updated my vector . I do have internet

DDL is usually fast to respond but I think they are going through a lot of stress right now with apparently delayed shipments for Vector... February 14 is coming fast and I don't hear people saying that they have received their Vector! Thanks for watching!

Salut, je n'ai jamais essayer mais cozmo génère son propre wifi auquel le téléphone ou tablette se connecte. Donc je pense qu'il n'est pas possible de faire fonctionner 2 Cozmo à partir du même appareil en même temps. Merci de visiter ma chaîne.

Well.. yes and no. The original Cozmo has been sold out for something like 2 years! Digital Dream Labs is going to release Cozmo 2.0 (eventually...) but they are 1 year behind schedule! Thank you for visiting my channel.
