I was at Woodstock , Atlantic City rock festival & I was at Monterey rock and saw Janis Joplin., second time was at Atlantic City Rock Festival. Querky. Odd voice all over the place but such passion, energy and stage presence & lit that place up. Just like Courtney does. The buzz about Courtney is unreal. Good bad everyone talking about her. Once every 50-60 years you see what you do. Like a comet Courtney is. An event. You absolutely will not forget nor stop talking about here. No one in the history of AGT, and they have incredible acts, has lit up the internet like her. No one has more views. She is not of this era as Howie Mandel said during her audition. Courtney will become like the greats before her. R&R revival and she will be leading it.

Courtney is absolutely amazing. This version of Sucker blows the original pop version out of the water. What Courtney has done with this song to transform it into a rock/funk classic is incredible. She takes every song she sings and makes it her own. I haven't heard a voice like this in many, many years. Like you said, attitude on stage, but a purely classy, grounded person off of it.

This is Courtney i have been watching her grow up through her videos.I am a huge fan.I keep watching on what she is doing.For some reason they are being quite about what she is doing.When she was in Vegas they really didn't say when.Thanks to the people who put it out there.

Yes she was born to do this. Courtney is my number one favorite rocker and performer in the world. She is magic to watch. You imagine how the first people to witness a young Elvis, or the Beetles perform must have felt. She has that same special vibe. She is amazing at 15 years old! I believe she just performed at Woodstock 2019, on August 17th. How very fitting for Courtney to play there. She would have fit right in at the original 1969 Woodstock no problem. Yes the last concert I went to was to see was Nirvana live in Irvine California. That should tell you how old I am. If Courtney Hadwin comes through Southern California I will for sure go see her in concert! She is that amazing, that I would have to go see her live. Courtney you ROCK!

Great reaction. I would also love to see this kid live. She is amazing. She was scheduled to play Woodstock 50 last weekend but it was unfortunately cancelled. That would have been epic for her.

Great reaction and spot on assessment of Courtney Superstar! You hit on just one of the things that makes Courtney so different from others by how she "makes you watch her". She draws you in to the performance with all the senses, not just the ears. Of course, she gets advice and help from others, but the way she delivers the song and performance is all Courtney! Her Sucker sucks the life out of the Jonas Brothers'. She also slays ballads where her movement comes from within, not so much on the outside. You should react to this side of Courtney in her Harry Styles' Sign of The Times In this same set..

If you want to really see her growth as a singer check out her “older” stuff. A lot of it has poor audio but look at Man in the Mirror, Ironic and especially Can’t Help Falling in Love. Great audio and incredible performances. I think she was 10 at the time. 😎🇨🇦🤘

Hey, glad you did this reaction!! She's awesome!! She's been in the studio recording her own material and decided to take time do a couple of covers just to put out to her fans, so I imaging these musicians are also working with her on her album. She also did a cover of "Sign of the Times" (Harry Style) before this one. It's more laid back for her and she sits on a stool while singing it, but it really shows how good and versatile her vocals are. It shows a different side to her, but she still has that raspy edge on it too and she does make it her own. Loved your reaction to this!! Not only does she have an old soul, Courtney has a great ear for what gives real life to music. I did myself a favor and listened to the original so I could compare it to her cover. The original was a light pop sound - kind of meh in my opinion. Courtney infused that song with some R&B Funk, some Rock, and a little bit of Soul. She really added life to that track. She made that song hers. Soooo much better than the original. (Not that you are reading this but) Courtney Hadwin, I am so excited for your musical career. Only 15 and you are already making mature, professional musical decisions well beyond your years. Amazing !

Glad you jumped right to this one. It is an incredible cover and i hope she stays with this R&B theme of covers. I got a duo for you from the "Voice Kids, Germany" this past season. Not a lot of people in the US have reacted to Mimi (15yo, vocals/piano) and Josafin (13yo, vocals) doing "Creep" but it is an epic performance and one of the most amazing you will ever hear. I know that sounds improbable for a song that already has a lot of amazing covers but this is now one of those and I am not overselling this. The judges reactions are as obvious as the eventual outcome of the season. Oh, and watch the entire video, it isn't over when you think. By the way; you're doing a great job with the (copyright) pauses and backing up the video to recapture the beat. That is a mistake I think a lot of reactors make, they just stop and start again or skip a few seconds in editing and it leaves an odd break that makes it hard to follow the music's flow and it becomes very annoying as a viewer. Backing up just those few seconds makes a huge difference not just for you, but us as well.

Loved this. Not at all what I was expecting when it started.

Dont go hard on me for my comment - the girl is absolutely amazing singer - but i feel she is so often performs in front of a mirror all by herself - and i felt like she is still in front of her mirror - not feeling like anybody behind her or in front. But anyway - she is a rare gem and she is able to not just become popular come up with at least one or perhaps several albums that people will listen for decades....
