    I increased my red meat intake and no fats food and my digestive system went great. Red meat is a great source of high B1

    I feel like I’ve been suffering a lot of issues simultaneously on a minor, subclinical scale. I feel like I’m vitamin D, B1 & B12 deficient, possibly caused by poor absorption from an inflamed gut and fatty liver from excessive drinking. Trying to work on all of them.

    Your videos lead me to taking B1 for poor digestion which lead to realizing I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - now I am o Paleoketo diet which helps a lot but I am also taking lots of suppliments.

    So, which vitamin B one supplements should I be taking? I bought nature made vitamin B one, 100 mg tablets, but not sure if that’s the right thing or not. How much should I take?

    What if you can’t absorb the supplement because your gut is damaged by sibo? I tried b1 but there was no difference, how long do you need to take it for before it has an affect? Interestingly I had a hair analysis done and b1 was deficient

    How long did you try it for Lindsay? And at what dose? As Elliot discussed the dose would potentially need to be much higher than many would have tried without being aware of this research. There’s no exact time here - as elliot says some experience benefit within 24 hrs, others it may take weeks I imagine.

    @@ourhealthpath a few weeks, I’m not sure the dose, can you recommend one please? Someone else here has mentioned taking hcl, which I didn’t try. I’m finding the problem is I could literally be taking hundreds of supplements with the advice being thrown at me and then could be doing more harm than good, I’m confused by it all

    maybe try taking with magnesium. apparently magnesium is required to convert thiamine to its active form

    Ask ChatGPT. I used it to research my symptoms. It took a while but I finally stumbled on HPA Axis dysfunction. Chances are you have that too. Either way you need to make a TON of changes to diet, sleep, meditation, breathing exercises, exercise even if its just walking, hydration and pair supplements with others to help with absorption. I also just found vagus and lymph massages on this channel which is amazing. But if you have really bad SIBO you may need antibiotics- which sucks because it kills good bacteria too and is toxic. Otherwise multiple applications of mind and body got me there. But of course to stay healthy you can't go back to poor diet, sleep, etc. It's a lifelong journey
