Look at what product binding compounding products you are consuming as a consumer. Propolyene Glycol hibition of B1 in metabolism. Makes B1 as the Great masked imitation of multitude of diseases because without B1, Thiamin these diseases exist from lack of metabolism. Doctors MD look at a book they learn. America consumers trusts Drs. To prescribe the pill they as consumer patients need. Miracle pill is Multi billion dollar industry yearly. Problem there is no miracle pill. What prescribing pharmocologically is making them sicker killing them yet blaming on a disease being treated with same pill injectable that is causing exaggeration of symptoms and very possibly the disease itself. Diabetic medication for Insulin dependent diabetics is containing Metformin for example used for insulin dependent diabetes. Yet Propolyene glycol or sister product which ACTUALLY inhibits B1 in body( the catalyst for metabolisms life cycle), producing insulin into metabolism to burn sugar off. Propolyene Glycol produces latic acid. Causes Worneki Encelopathy, Beri beri disease (Chronic hibition of b1, stimulating b1 defiency, Propolyen Glycol causes Keto Acidosis, Coma, death. Policy in Nursing homes is to give diabetic med after checking sugar. Yet they never go back is against policy to recheck to see if the Insulin given was working or was to much especially if the patient did not eat, thus Metformin overdosed patient because Propolyene glycol used as sweetener antifreeze preservative shelf life lengthened causes hibition of Insulin to B1 preventing ability of body to process insulin to reduce burn off excess sugar. Propolyene Glycol causes Alzheimers plaque.... and multitude other diseases that would be cured just by not digesting Propolyene glycol and sister products which are waste products of fossil fuels (petroleum products) is product from extraction of gas. The US companies, medical companies, employ train doctors. Pharmacology drug chemical companies. Remnant though but Company towns still exist. The USA is a company nation. A nation of consumers. And Doctors are the sales represenative to prescribe what consumer is going to buy.

Watch his videos on improving your mind and physical health, because of him I learned Males specifically suffer from lack of testosterone. I started taking Fadogia Agrestis with Tongkat Ali, ashwghanda, also b vitamins, these have boosted my overall energy and mood. I can honestly say in ALL my years of trying to help my son deal with bipolar, ptsd, etc and then my type 2 diabetes and artery issues, NOT ONCE have my doctors tested me for vit deficiencies nor my son. As soon as I came across Dr. Berg's channel, my son is off all the deadly battery of medications and it's night and day and I'm still working on getting clear of my issues. It's getting better and better and the B1 and other B's was one of the biggest differences. Dr. Berg's information is literally saving my life and my sons. I cannot thank him enough.

I thought I was going to die. So many doctors. So many tests…. Not better. Almost a decade of this I’ve suffered. About 5mi ago I woke up and could hardly walk. Sudden sciatica pain that was unexplained. Debilitating. We did an epidural that didn’t help and then a nerve block. I finally let the gastro doc do all the tests I’d avoided and at the end he said I was perfectly fine but had a severe b-12 deficiency that a recent h-Pilori infection had made worse. I got my first shot and the next day I could see sound and hear color. I was absolutly amazed. I’m happy I’m not dying and looking forward to my next 7 shots but then once monthly for life. He said I can’t store iron and can’t absorb b-12…..so with b-12 shots he’s hoping I’ll store iron and get my red count fixed.

I have now weaned myself off oxalates and having less joint and other pains. I still take B vitamins. zinc, magnesium and D but not high dose.

@nellek970 Not everyone gets their notifications or knows how click on them to get back to the post to reply. FYI: Not all KZread users are device savvy. A daughter or grandughter may have set up their account in order for them to watch videos & make a comment or two. Just because someone comments doesn't mean they are capable of or will reply to any or every reply or query to their comment. Also, for people who are KZread savvy, they actually have demanding jobs or lives & so may not time to constantly check their accounts for replies. Some people run their own channels & so may already have too much on their plate to find time to answer a question on a video they may have simply commented on. Hating a stranger you don't know for not doing something for another stranger may or may not be quite egotistical/ narcissitic. You wanted the answer to the question & because it wasn't sitting there on a gilded plate waiting for you to access, like a book upon a library shelf, it is time to have a toddler moment. Please don't hate someone else that you don't even know or a situation you don't know. It doesn't make you look good. Good day!

@nellek970 I apologized to you & yet you are going to give me an English lesson using the word Lat? Yeah, right. And it was used as a verb, meaning your activity, action, is hate. It sure wasn't love. And I really dont see where you can say that I insinuated that you directed hate as a person. You said 'I hate'. And explained that is selfish & over the top for just not replying to a YourTube request for additional info. Name calling & hate. Really? That's all you have? That's what the younger generation is all about, as much as you may wish it isn't so. Hate is synonymous with the Millenials on. Have at it, honey. Hate me, too, if it makes you feel good. Step onto the top step of your self-constructed pedestal. It reveals what your heart is full of. Yet, you claim to want to help your demented relative that you referred to in your deleted post. Who do you think that you are kidding? It's all about you, honey. As McD's says, Loving It. Loving yourself. When you're old, you'll have taught your youngin's to be as nasty as you. That is, if you haven't 'chosen' that being a parent is inconvenient. Do you think he, she, zee, or it will care about your dementia? Hate is a strong word & if my pointing that out offends you, I'm so very sorry. I guess getting up to change the TV channel or having only one corded phone in one room of the house or only a library to go to dobresearch would be utter hell for your limited sensibilities. Poor little itty-bitty baby. Hope you get the chip off of your shoulder before it pulls you down.

@nellek970 It is downright funny that you couldn't even decide if hate was an adverb or a verb in your sentence construct. Then, you said the hate was directed toward an act. No, your hate was directed toward an inaction, which is quite the opposite of an act(ion). Unfortunately, public school education must be on click & paste curriculums these days. The person who made the original post did not 'wrong' you, or anyone else for that matter, by not responding. For all you know, she or her mother passed on or another event has occurred that has made it so she no longer has internet access. And yet, you are so full of yourself as to take offense by her inactivity. Grow up & get a conscience.

Just wondering how staying healthy became such a science in the modern era I mean my grandparents both lived to their 80s without any proper access to healthcare until they were nearly in their 40s. Why do we have the deficiencies in the first place would be a good place to start. My theory with most health complaints is that at some level we are being harmed by chemicals in the food chain and the environment. Staying healthy should never be this complicated.

Needless to say, my visits to doctors are to the minimum, almost mon existence. Too bad that in the school of medicine they don’t teach nutrition, it is a great tragedy since the human body was created to heal itself with good nutrition as it can be done by eating the right foods. 😊

I'm at 16:34 in the video.. .and I am speechless. Tears fill my eyes but don't come streaming down my cheeks due to their lack of substance. So sorry this is a long one...You have just described my 5 year journey... to a tee. I have been suffering from 95% of these ailments. I have developed epileptic seizures on top of everything. My Doctor has tested me for everything from Cancer to RA to Lupus and many others. We have only determined for certain, that I indeed have low red blood cell and a B12 deficiency. Which I get B12 shots for but my numbers never change or only increase slightly. For the past 3 years My Doctor has label what I am going though as Fibromyalgia and swept everything else under the rug and told me that I will just have to deal with my Fibromyalgia like everyone else. I developed epileptic seizures 2 years ago and even my Neurologist is stumped... I do not necessarily agree that I have Fibromyalgia and I have been doing everything in my power to get back to how I was 5 years ago. I was looking up non alcoholic fatty liver and came across this video. It is exactly what I have been going though...I looked up excess estrodial, wow... I am filled with optimism, hope and gratitude. 5 years ago when this all started I was very ill with Chronic Bronchitis and a small bout of pneumonia. I was on antibiotics for almost 8 months on and off (mostly on). I had no idea about gut flora or any other ways to stay healthy naturally back then and was just trying to work and keep my job. I didn't realize the damage I was causing. I trusted my Doctor. My Doctor has only tried to prescribe me pain meds and antidepressants for my nerve pain. Which I have refused indefinitely and feel as though this is why my Doctor has given up on me. I truly believe that this is what I have been looking for! I am going to beat this and I am going to get better! Thank you! Thank you! I will try to keep anyone who wants to know updated here in this comment section... thanks for reading!

Really sad that doctors are not trained in nutrition anymore isn't it?! I suffered my whole life with leg cramps they were horrible doctors just told my parents that I was having growing pains. it wasn't until I was in my forties and having my gallbladder removed that the doctor at the hospital tested my blood and discovered that I was deficient in magnesium. Then I found out that that was also the reason for my heart palpitations, all I had to do was supplement years ago and I would have been fine , but no, doctors don't know anything anymore they're just trained on how to listen to drug reps and give you a pill.

I’ve looked into vitamins/minerals connected to anxiety, happiness, depression etc and I think that the ones that seem the most prominent to me is zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, omega 3s and to some extent vitamin D3. It seems like a lot of the B vitamins are related to mental health/energy other than just B1. If someone were having pretty bad anxiety/depression and thinks it’s physiological I’d recommend them Magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate 400-800 mg titrate up to 800 and see if that benefits you more than 400, zinc picolinate 30-60mg would titrate up on that too see if 60 is better or worse than 30, a good B complex vitamin, a fish oil supplement then vitamin D3 1000-5000 IU depending on how much sun they get/have gotten recently or test results if they test. I’d say vitamin D3 is more optional though, if they get enough sun id assume it wasn’t an issue and the studies are more inconclusive on D3’s connection to happiness.

I have Parkinson's caused by a B1 transport issue to my brain. I had almost all those symptoms. I love biking & hiking and no matter how hard I trained, I ran out of energy. I could never keep up with my friends. I was in the military and told them I could breathe when I ran. I told every doctor I had fatigue. Everyone called me a whiner. Within 3-days of starting high dose B1 therapy, 75% of my Parkinson's symptoms are gone. I out hiked my friends from Colorado to the top of a mountain with no extra training. If I eat kidney beans, I get extremely ill. I was tested for a G6PD deficiency. Not it. It is the B1 deficiency. My dad also had cerebellum ataxia cause by this issue. He was never hungry and would fall asleep in his truck. The answer was so simple.

I've been struggling for three years, doing plenty of bloodworks, meet so many doctors and experts, because I experience so many symptomps of diseases: indigestion, heartburn, dizziness, vertigo, anxiety, constipation, low blood sugar, weak legs, edema... And none of them can be cured by a single sweep and they just come and go. I lose weight to below normal. I fix my diet, and that help about 20-30%. Recently, i watch Dr.Berg food recommendation and ask myself, what the hell i've been eating? I am not familiar to nutritional yeast for certain, but I buy it online. Just in case I am B1 deficient. I take it and boom!!!!!!!!!!! It works! I eliminate my stool much better in the morning, my gut is much more relieved, and i feel so balanced. (I love that 'boom' because dr.berg use it almost all the time). I cant explain in words how magical the nutritional yeast works, but i hope this remedy is my one big solution... I am still not into keto diet, but I just feel great. Thank you dr.berg. May God bless you the best things in ur life!

A product without the fillers is Essential Yeast. Most absorbable with co nutrients for catalysm in Citric Cycle of Metabolism. Stay away from products with propolyene glycol or bi or Tripropolyene glycol it inhibits insulin absorption in and B1 catalism to gnition cytric cycle. Not known exactly how but liken B1 to light socket and Catalism as when prongs of plug make contact inside socket supporting established flow of electricity(ignition of spark). The p=opolyene glycol is like cut the prongs off pervent contact with B1. Thus metabolism unable to happen due to no catalysm from b1 no ignition no fuel uptake for catalysm. No lights on to burn fuel available ready and waiting. The diabetic med Melformin for insulin dependent diabetics also has Propolyene glycol in it. Go figure both known to cause Keto Acidosis. Meaning person dies because can not get insulin into metabolism to burn off sugar.

I’ve had periodic falls for a year with intense loss of muscle strength. My 2nd fall left me on my driveway for 5 hrs until my neighbor came home and helped me up. The next morning I fell out of bed and again no muscle energy. Used my toes to push myself to the next room to reach my phone which took apprx 2 hours to call 911. No answers from hospital drs. Developed vertigo and have had numerous falls since. No energy, shallow breathing. No answers from my dr. Now it all makes sense. I’ve been on B1 and b complex for about 10 days. Slow improvement but at least I have hope. Thank you Dr Berg. O, on Keto, lost 20 lbs so far!

Tom Jerry I was just diagnosed with cryptosporidium that probably came from well water. Having had it for a year and 7 months it has infiltrated my intestines, lungs and middle ear and was only discovered after I continued to research my symptoms periodically pushing my drs to run certain tests. Doctors complain about malpractice insurance but I think they should pay much more for all the malpractice they practice. My immune system is in shambles after fighting this for so long. Children in 3rd world countries and HIV patients die from this. I just took $440 worth of medication I will probably have to repeat. I may never get rid of it. But all the nutritional changes I have tried to make have had little effect bc I’ve had unwelcome critters destroying my digestion and my breathing capacity. If I was stronger I might have been able to advocate for myself better, but after being swept under the rug or out the door by doctors I learned to feel helpless and give up. Only extreme misery forced me to keep trying.

As a dietitian of 35+ years I highly recommend everybody takes a good multivitamin and multi-mineral as well as a B-complex along with thiamine. Not only are most people's diets deficient because of the food supply and personal food choices, but if you are having any sort of health problems or issues your body is already stressed and supplementing in a well-rounded way is just logical. In other words, do more than just take some nutritional yeast along with your thiamine. Supplementing really needs to be a way of life.

I called her this morning to let her know that she has POTS and what we will do to remedy this. If she can please recommend she see a nutritionist and a functional dr! I have pots and I noticed my autonomic nervous system is greatly affected by it like dr Berg is saying. I found out thru a Nuerologist and a cardiologist. But I also had a hospital incident that triggered my pots. I understand what ur friend is going thru and I hope she can get some healing in her body 🙏 It helps to stay on electrolytes with high sodium every day and wear compression leggings and do isometric exercises. I have noticed working with a nutritionist has helped a ton. If ur friend just had a stroke maybe she can see a PT to help her after her stroke. I hope ur friend is doing better.
