Nice. Just got my Highland a few days ago and got it seasoned. Getting some tuning plates soon and am currently scouring KZread for various things to try out on it before it gets too cold in Texas.

Getting this grill in the next couple of days. Getting excited to do my first cook on it. A smoked corned beef and of course wings. I dredge my wings in corn starch and seasonings. Then place on a screaming hot grill. They taste great and crispy
