rachet system is great at the top of the crush and the spring loaded latch on the back gate good too one suggestion at the back another short gate hinged off it stop them turning back on you . we use one and gives them a second or 2 to settle and see where they're going

Waste oil. Any oil will do in a container just to get them lubricated I find.

Sid Jones it’s 30” wide. Not really anything I’d change about it to be honest. Like a back up bar or 2 on the race just to stop stubborn ones reversing the whole way back down the race but apart from that works very well.

Well Gerry do find shaving there back good job for stopping lice, do use a pour on after, I use taktic and power hose usually ,find it a good job.don't like using this cold weather doe especially on younger stock.

Tana Reynolds yes most do. they can be a little nervous a first but settles them right down after a few seconds. They actually stand there when you open the gate and won’t walk out out 😂 obviously then there’s always some that aren’t Settled no matter what their at. Like humans..... they all have different Temperaments

Yes god help them…. Getting vaccines, getting wormed, treated for lice and foot bathed so feet are good. getting their back clipped so their not too warm in winter when housed….. housed so their not out in the cold and wet all winter. Cop on Helen
