Catalina Crunch blood glucose test before and after

    Thanks for the review. I like the chocolate but not the cinnamon. After a workout and fast bg will return to baseline fairly quickly without a proper meal

    Is it really Keto-Friendly though? They use Sunflower Oil and Tapioca among other ingredients that don't sound too "Keto" to me. 🤔

    The dark chocolate has 1g net carbs in half a cup they use those ingredients in very low amounts

    I usually get a moderate spike after I eat it. I'll have a reading of around the mid 80's and an hour after I'm around the mid to upper 120's. It's a bit surprising considering the listed nutritional values. The difference could be you tested after working out.

    I also get a considerable spike with Catalina Crunch. Definitely don’t feel good calling it blood sugar friendly with how my body reacts to it. The problem is the corn and potato fiber. On paper they can be subtracted from the carbs but they are still digestible
