Wow. This worked great for me! I am a drummer and percussionist and have 53 years of drumming under my belt and have already had carpal tunnel surgery on the left hand, now the right is much worse than the left because it takes the brunt of performing. As soon as I began the first exercise, I could feel the area surrounding my thumb being worked out. I've been reading comments here where people say that it made their CT worse, but it surely does help me, until get the surgery. Thanks for posting this!

Pat! After 8 years of constant shoulder pain, I went to see Pat in person and in just 6 weeks Pat was able to eliminate the pain 100%. I had seen at least 10 other ppl over the previous decade with no improvement so I highly recommend this guy - Thanks again! I can't believe the first video on the carpal tunnel I found just happen to be you :)

People need to understand this syndrome can arise because of a nerve pinch in the cervical region. The nerve goes all the way to your hands. So if it gets pinched in your neck, you will feel the pain/burn when you stretch in your hands and shoulders. In neurology, where you feel the pain is not necessarily the origin of the same. Always meet a good chiropractor before jumping on to the surgery bandwagon. Peace

only go to the point where you feel the symptoms come on, or intensify. Hold 1-2 seconds then back off. Hopefully with repetition, your symptoms will decrease and then allow you to push a little further. Then repeat the process in the new available range of movement.

I like to exercise my hand, sometimes miraculously I can close my hand without any problems, I decided not to pay attention and pretend nothing happens, I have already dealing with this problem sine 2 years ago, I think with good therapy I can rid off the problem I have. I went to physical therapy for 3 months, the therapist took measurements of my hand and finger, they made something to use while sleeping, very uncomfortable, end in the garbage, what silly way to help me, lol. Many thanks Pat! My hands feel tingly after these exercises! Like my nerve endings are able to breathe! I suspect myself of having carpal tunnel due to pinky fingers going numb when just on the phone, middle fingers going numb sometimes in spin class, and sometimes even waking up with numb fingers.
