Can Science Prove Michael Jackson's Innocence? | Leaving Neverland

This video attempts to answer the question: Can science prove that Michael Jackson was innocent? The HBO movie leaving Neverland explores the allegations of two individuals (Wade Robson and James Safechuck). It has ignited a debate about critical thinking, the presumption of innocence, and the role of science in pointing society toward what is factual and not factual. I explore a comparison of the presumption of innocence and null hypothesis testing.

Michael Jackson was monitored by FBI for 13 years, his house was searched 2 times by more than 70 officers without him knowing it. Hundreds of kids were interviewed, some were offered money, some accepted. NOTHING was found. He was tried for 4 months and was found not guilty. Couldn’t even get him on a misdemeanor. The reason why we defend him is not because we are fans. We are fans because we have studied the depositions, testimonies and court documents instead of tabloid headlines. First accuser was caught on tape saying he wants money. The boy emancipated himself from his family and never spoke to them again. Second case was filled with timeline contradictions and gaps. They had scammed other celebs like Jay Leno. Wade Robson and James Safechuck are proven liars who sued MJ estate for money but when their cases were thrown out of court they decided to make a movie. and the kids denied everything and protected michael but after he died they started to speak cuz they knew michael couldnt defend himself, also their mom was caught lying aswell...

@@x_ray5531 Keep in mind that Jackson only paid the civil case, not the criminal one. They had the full freedom to pursue criminal charges and testify against Jackson but they chose not to because the goal from the beginning wasn't justice or anything like that, it was to extort money from an innocent person. If the abuse actually happened, which of course it didn't, what awful parent would feel satisfied with just the cash? Any decent fucking person would want the abuser to be jailed. But again, their cases were extremely weak and they knew it wouldn't hold up in court. In the same settlement Evan Chandler's greedy ass signed, MJ admitted to absolutely no wrongdoing. Evan read that, accepted it, and signed it. The goal was always the money.

I'm so pissed at that documentary and at Oprah because if we can do the simple research on Wade and James and know their lying and they are doing this for the money then there's no way Oprah didn't know any of this but for some reason she decided to back them anyway and I just don't get why. I see people are casting their votes. Guilty. Not guilty. Not sure. In my humble opinion, to even have the right to vote in this trial by media and public opinion, you first need to sit down and read through absolutely everything relating to the case(s) and listen to people who were in some way acquainted or close to him, especially as children. Go look up what he´s been doing every single day of his life, he´s extremely well documented. Go listen to the tapped phone conversations, where he revealed a lot about himself, and to the Iphone recording of MJ heavily drugged. All that came out was a lot of "save the children, need to build a childrens hospital, I feel their pain and hurt..." Go look up all the people who´s been acquainted with Wade, see what they have to say. Go read his blog posts, go compare the story he gave in his lawsuit to the one in Leaving Neverland. And James of course, also Arvizo and Chandler. Study carefully every single person who testifies in this case. Source check very carefully. Otherwise you don´t get to vote Guilty or Not guilty. You need to spend at least as much time and effort as the jury in 2005 did to have a real opinion.

  • @isabelfahlen7519

    @isabelfahlen7519

J Blake A lot more that was very revealing? Please educate me. And don´t you think Wade exaggerated in his deposition, I mean the story is built up around loopholes in the law and getting past statutes of limitations, so much of it is debunked by his own mom who has no excuses to change previous testimonies. Had MJ been alive a jury would really struggle to convict him. There are only so many lies they can get away with, blaming trauma, before their credibility is completely in the trash. medium.com/@justhoughts/leaving-neverland-debunked-in-10-minutes-or-less-35d2017469ba James didn´t get as far as Wade but his complaint is no less desperate. And very vague when it comes to dates. Then Reed, in his fantastic film, took the order of events from the complaint and jumbled the dates, all to construct a convincing grooming process. Joy Liked pro-MJ facebook posts in 2013 after Wade came out. Stefanie Safechuck were hanging after MJ like a groupie in Vegas 2008 after Jimmy said in 2005 he´d been abused. He changed it to "bad man " later because he was not supposed to have realized he was abused until he saw Wade on TV There´s at least one thing that´s somewhat consistent with the people accusing him, that everyone knew what was going on but turned the other cheek. Wade goes further: MJ was running the world´s most sophisticated child abuse procurement and facilitator organization, arranging dance contests to get victims, and his secretary was a madam. How lucky for MJ he hired just the right people, hundreds, to keep the dirty secret. And he obviously didn´t pay for people´s silence A thread of some of the many families he went through the trouble of grooming but never molested and remained friends with twitter.com/Hammertonhal/status/1065521605655347200 After the film aired I read a few reactions from some of them, defending him. While people who knew Wade, or James, are either silent or speaking out against him. Even the sound guy on LN said Wade is not a victim. Why are people on the accusing side all so shady, and why do the people working for or close to MJ sound like such regularly decent people? I listened to all MJcast ep for a start

Shane Crawford Many speculate about what´s up with Wade, based on the available information, which is a lot compared to Safechuck. Some say narcissist, sociopath, even borderline and bipolar. Since his father was diagnosed bipolar there´s a possibility, but it seems it can be easily confused with other disorders. In general he´s known in the dance community as "Uncle pervy", very flirtatious, and a known liar, bragging about projects he´s not gonna do. He´s impulsive and sleeps with wives and girlfriends to famous people, burning all bridges. Britney dated Wade and worked with MJ. From her IG it´s clear what she believes. A few people who knew Wade: twitter.com/VP_Advocacy/status/1134641447406383104 But it´s not all bad. His friend Shawn Welling speaks of him as a good guy, and he can´t understand this complete U-turn, that it´s not the Wade he knew making up these accusations and lies. I can´t find anyone who knew him in some way saying that they believe he lied before and is telling the truth now. His mom said he should´ve had an Oscar. He went through a lot of interviews and cross-examination in 2005. People say back then he acted natural, not now. Then Kevin Lipsey, the sound engineer, posted those clips on fb and went on John Ziegler´s podcast, very believable, and Zig´s got an incredible BS-detector. I thought Wade was playing the victim 24/7 with everyone, but now I hear he was acting all natural and comfortable off-camera with the boys in the crew, praising MJ, and only when Reed´s camera was on did he transform to become this "big victim". He seriously sounds like Jekyll and Hyde. Does he still love MJ then? Does he distance himself from Wade the victim? No idea, I´m confused. Wade wrote in an email "dad this is for you" just after he filed his complaint and he realized it could not be kept under seal. He´s mentioned his father was a sexual abuse victim in two different emails and all the true emotion in LN can be seen when the Robsons speak about the father. I don´t know what to make of it but for sure Wade´s childhood´s been full of stress and pressure no need to add any abuse to explain the breakdowns. Joy admitted he worked weekends and holidays while the others played, including MJ. Others confirm this too. Grace, the nanny said MJ even told her to let him be a child.

It seems a bit similar to atheists trying to disarm people believing in God or another dimension. The atheists regularly profile themselves as 'rational or intelligent'. Putting all spiritual people in the box of 'naive, unintelligent, Irrational, sheep'. While in fact atheists (or in this case guilty believers) can be in the same group of sheep behavior and irrational thinking, or just being focused on their annoyance about 'believers' . So I guess many guilty believers are accusing MJ out of an emotion instead of logics. Funny because they think' innocence' believers are judging from emotional motivations.

The FBI went through all of MJ's computers and assisted in more than one accusation and concluded there was no evidence MJ committed a crime. That file is online. Just in case you don't know it takes money for good representation in any criminal trial. The Public Defenders are often overworked and end up recommending plea deals over going to court due to the expense of a trial. I can imagine the cops would have done that to him since they believed he was a pedophile anyway with or without a trial and that is how some of them roll. Fact is he was acquitted in court cause the prosecutors did not have enough evidence to prove he was guilty and the accusers were not believable witnesses. There were enough witnesses to the defense, with their experience with the accusers, to prove they were not trustworthy (their own actions and words made them less believable to a jury also). Just because someone says so that something happened isn't enough to put someone behind bars for 20 years. If any of the accusers were seriously wanting to uncover the truth of what they say is truth, there would have been ways to prove beyond all doubt, all of this before they took it to court. Secretly recording what was happening (even just via audio) or getting wired by police in a sting (like they did to Weinstein) not sure why that never happened in such a serious case like this and if it did they surely found nothing. It is not enough for someone to be weird the way Michael was, to collect weird things or even have child friends to prove someone is guilty of being a pedophile. Please do a video theorizing about Michael Jackson's personality and psychology! He's one of the most iconic personalities, so it would be interesting for many to hear what you say. Michael has interested me for a long time. I should also say, I don't think he was a child abusor (or that his childlike personality was a way to manipulate people). Michael had an obsession with getting back a "lost childhood" and felt he was a boy in a man's body. He seemed extremely naive and immature, yet also wise in some ways. I also believe he had some cognitive issues, maybe TBI due to trauma and his extreme sensitivity. He struggled with driving a car and gave up driving himself sometime in the 90's after having been close to causing several accidents in traffic. There are countless of anecdotes about his very strange, hard to understand behavior and reactions, like the story when he dropped his glittering glove in the toilet once: he was making a commercial and had gone to the bathroom, when people suddenly heard a terrifying scream and the fire alarm went off. They found Michael in utter panic in the bathroom, and he had pushed the fire alarm button, because the glove had fallen in the toilet. One of the guys laughed and called for a clothes hanger to pick it up, and Michael calmed down in an instant and said "Oh, I'll pick it up myself", did so and asked for a hair dryer to dry it off. Aside from obvious C-PTSD from a severely traumatic childhood, a woman working with TBI patients recognized Michael as showing the signs, and wrote a book about her theory about Michael. She said of this story that he panicked because he lacked the logical thinking ability to solve a novel problem, like what to do when the glove had fallen in the toilet. She shows several other "freaky stories" of Michael and explains how this brain injury caused his strange reactions and made Michael unable to reason in any kind of new situation, which caused him to panic. He used to vomit due to anxiety before interviews, probably because he was afraid that they would ask him something he would struggle to answer. Michael was very intelligent however in things he was familiar with, like business and his career. He had been in the music industry since he was 5 afterall. This woman says his TBI (lack of logical thinking ability) made him unable to grow much emotionally passed the age of 8, aside from areas where he had a deep expertise, such as his career, where he functioned as mostly an adult. His childlike behavior was not an act, as workers in Neverland said he could easily spend a whole day watching cartoons by himself in his room, whether he knew that anyone saw him or not. Please do a video about Michael!

There's also anecdotes he was a shrewd businessman, borderline musical thief (Billie Jean's dance greatly influenced by Bob Fosse, and the song influenced by Hall and Oates) and showed disdain for people behind their backs (like Prince and Donny Osmond).

The link between Bob Fosse and Billie Jean is questionable at best and only really applies to one performance of the song, even then being completely transformative. Oates himself said he didn't see the similarity and that artists are influenced by other people's music all the time. There are plenty of things to criticise Michael about, these are not it. Maybe the reason you see his fans that way is because you bring up incredibly weak points of contention.

@@VinVonVoom at least I'm not delusional to view him as an infallible idol like his fans. Michael may have acted as a nice person to most people he met but most of his professional colleagues have agreed he was a bit of a jerk. He once drove a fist at David Williams because he was unsatisfied with his guitar playing, he literally trashed Purple Rain and threw stuff at the screen. I get the whole thing about competiton, but Prince and Donny Osmond among others had nothing but kind words for him and this is how he returns their favours. Finally he was a shitty mentor to young people. Even though I am inclined to think Wade and James are not telling the truth, there's no doubt with the false confidence Michael gave them that they would one day feel like failures and lash out at him. An old friend of mine spent his youth as friends with MJ as an aspiring musician and assisted with animal care at Neverland. He was 10 years younger and hung out with him during the Thriller years, but things soured when MJ became dependent on drugs, and the fact that this man was never credited for collaborating with MJ and felt that MJ was not providing proper care for his ranch animals. He certainly vouched for MJ's innocence but was obviously angry by how MJ snubbed their friendship.

Safechuck's story began in 1988, and Robson's in 1990. (Chandler - 1993, Arvizo - 2003.) It seems like everyone I know wants to say that he was guilty for some reason, even though he was proven not guilty in a court of law. I'm not really sure why? The children got up and testified on the stand that Michael Jackson was innocent, that was good enough for me right there. Was Michael Jackson undoubtedly a little odd? Yes he was, but just because someone is different does not mean they are a monster.

Michael Jackson was innocent. 😒 He had a pure heart and genuinely wanted to share his wealth with everyone. They plotted things against him, paid fake witnesses, controlled the media, created more stories just to make him look weird, crazy and unbelievable, it worked. Shit happens to good people. It has happened to me (in my small world) I've helped a few 'friends'- paid their rent for years. I worked at 2 & sometimes 3 jobs to support them, especially one in particular. All my wage was going to 'helping' others for years. I did nothing for myself. I had a crises in life and needed to help me which meant I could no longer spend $$ on these people. That's when I started hearing rumours about myself. Apparently I stole money from them and stalked them. Apparently I never worked in my life and lived like a bum- I'm an introvert & quite in person so that worked against me as everyone started believing these stories even the close family members. When I say I'm an introvert I'm not joking. My family weren't aware of my schooling or the fields I worked in. My family is a narc, but that's another story. So now people still believe these stories so much that I've been isolated and outcasted. When I try telling them the truth, they laugh with disgust. I don't see them anymore. The more I try the more they make up stories to discredit my words. Michael Jackson knew very powerful people- if these mf's can screw up a life this way- what do you think ?

Sally Ann Well since you believe his accusers? Lets take a look at all the people who accused Michael Jackson of child. Molestation: 1)Evan Chandler: Threatened to sue Jackson for child molestation if he didn’t give him money, he drugged his own son Jordan and forced him to say Michael molested him which led to the 1993 civil suit. The trail went on for about 5 months and ended when Jackson decided to settle out of court for 25 millions.FOR THE CIVIL.Michael wanted to fight the criminal trial but he was repeatedly rejected and was talked into settling by his legal team.Very interesting (not really)That after the settlement was made the chandlers stopped corroborating with the authority’s and fucked off with the money.Hmmm I guess letting the man you accused of molestation your son roam free is much better right?Fuck justice🙄 money is better right?Smh also want to mention that Jordan Chandler cut contact with his parents soon after and was also able to testify in 2005. 2)The Arvizos: A family with a history of filing false sexual assault claims and a history of trying to extort money from business and celebrities. They brought Michael to court 2005 for child molestation charges and lost respectfully for lack of evidence and also for them constantly changing their stories and events. The mother herself Janet is a fucked up bitch. She’s behind all this she had plans to sue Michael Jackson for child molestation before she even met the man.She coached Gavin to say that it was his dying wish to met Michael Jackson. She was using her own sons illness as away to scam money from people, lucky somebody warned him of this family and he started to slowly cut them off. It’s only then is when she and her family made up the claims that he molested Gavin and brought him to court.Ironically even Larry Feldman the lawyer in the Jordan Chandler case thought the mom was crazy and she just wanted money. 3)Wade Robson: Met Michael when he was 5 and befriend him in his youth. He praised and defended him for years seriously emphasizing that Michael Jackson NEVER did anything. He even testified twice for him under oath, once in 1993 and again in 2005 THAT NOTHING HAPPENED.That all changed when he couldn’t get the MJ1 gig, he begged Michael’s estate to let him choreograph it but they went with someone else so in retaliation he started saying Michael molested him and tried to sue his estate for a billion dollars but had his entire case thrown out because of the statue of limitation. And for the fact that he was caught lying under oath and changing his story. Also want to mention that he was dating Michael’s niece for about 8 or 9 years when he claimed the abuse was happening Michael himself brought them together. In that stupid documentary Wade claimed Michael didn’t want him to be with girls yet Michael was hooking him up with his own nieces? They only broke up because he was caught cheating on her with Brittany Spears and other woman.Everybody who knows him personally are all calling him out, here a list people who are calling him a liar: instagram.com/p/BupaKWeHkKS/?igshid=1ne7lnrkvkmh6 twitter.com/brandon747/status/1102636617947176960?s=21 facebook.com/1004243854/posts/10215647142703989?sfns=mo facebook.com/13715999/posts/10111364552966688?sfns=mo twitter.com/fallagainmj/status/1118624763243651072?s=21 twitter.com/badnessee/status/1102385811587096577?s=21 twitter.com/chi_wcp/status/1102577775364448257?s=21 twitter.com/fei_rock/status/1121125283464085504?s=21 twitter.com/fei_rock/status/1121125399327645697?s=21 facebook.com/306792865705/posts/10155913045335706?sfns=mo 4)Jimmy Safechuck:Met Michael during the Pepsi commercial and became friends. He too said that Michael never did anything to him and actually testified when the first allegations came.Years later he suddenly decides to “came forward” when he saw Wade on good morning America but in actuality his family business was sued dramatically by 2 sister and was debt. Him and Wade teamed up and tried suing for a millions of dollars TWICE and had their entire case thrown out.The judge even said that no rational jury would believe their accounts. Now they have a 3rd appeal right now against Michaels estate, they said they’re doing this for justice but that if that is true (which it isn’t) why not drop their appeals? Make it symbolic.YOU don’t find any about that fishy? Two dudes who have had their court cases thrown out for lying suddenly decided to make a documentary claiming they were abused? While also appealing for the 3rd time for millions of dollars? NOW my question to YOU is that if Michael Jackson was a serial pedophile who groomed many children ...why only four people have accused of him and not hundreds of kids. And why is that ever person who has ever accused him of child molestation had some sort of financial motive??? Think about that.

People question Michael sleeping in the same room and bed with children, but I never thought about it until now, but our childhood years are our most formative years of human development, and I imagine that he was used to sleeping in the same room with his brothers and sisters all the time. On tour, especially in the beginning before the Jackson 5 hit fame, he probably slept in the same bed in a small hotel room all the time. If they toured with additional family members at times, it would make a small space even more constricted in size. It is possible psychologically that Michael regressed in childhood probably stuck in Erikson's stage of identity vs. role confusion or industry vs. inferiority. It does not mean that his actions as an adult were appropriate or inappropriate, but for the average person, it is strange, but for Michael it was probably normal, and everyone's "normal" can be quite different.

When it comes down to it, it is pretty scary to be judged by 12 peers as reasonable doubt seems subjective at best and yet a person's freedom or life depends upon the ability of the chosen jurors to way up the evidence.. Perhaps they should input all the evidence to computers and let them decide the P factors and null hypotheses. As always a very educational video, I had never heard of the word syzygy before.

In this case it’s hard to prove but you simply have to judge by the facts/evidence. Jackson was investigated thoroughly during his life, the FBI, Police, child services and other authorities all found no evidence of wrongdoing or any crime being committed. Not to mention a unanimous not guilty verdict in a court of law where the media coverage was relentless and one sided. His accusers have also been linked to money/greed and these new “accusers” are no different, they are literally suing the Michael Jackson estate for multi millions and their stories keep changing and have many contradictions. So unless there is irrefutable evidence we should always apply the innocent until proven guilty principle.

So it was never "hush money." The real question is why was Evan Chandler filing a lawsuit against MJ in the middle of a criminal investigation if the case was so strong? And why did 2 GRAND JURIES come back saying there was NO EVIDENCE? DA Tom Sneddon changed the LAW to admit the 1993 case in the 2005 trial, which is why Francia Blanca's son, Jason, and June Chandler testified. MJ won BOTH the 1993 and 2005 CASES AT THE SAME TIME. But you know why Evan Chandler did not appear in a courtroom? Because he would have to explain DRUGGING Jordy resulting in the allegations in the first place. Also, when will you stop using the PEPSI SHOOT photos as incriminating evidence? Those photos have been out for YEARS and if they are so incriminating, why doesn't James Safechuck SUE Pepsi? lmao

I have a degree in physics; while we'd rarely used the null hypothesis in physics labs, we did often in biology. One of my most vivid memories is using it to prove the correlation, or lack there of, between the variations in a sub-group of organisms, and the environment, ie. Are The number of different (species) mayflies in a sample taken, at random*, from a specific location different from the number of different (species) mayflies in a sample from a different location. The locations are the variant here relative to the null hypothesis. This would state that the number of diff species in each location is similar. This is done for a theoretical situation in which an excavation company has just bought 3 different marshy, mayfly-bearing locations in Virginia and is willing to donate one as a conservatory, not building on or disturbing it at all, in fact, actively and permanently protecting it from future development, this as a dignified act of indigenous ecological preservation. As the biologist we (the lab conductors) can choose which of the 3 locations to be saved. The purpose of the lab is to determine which location has greatest diversity in mayfly species as inhabitants. The null hypothesis states that there is no substantial difference in mayfly species diversity relative to location and their differences. *at random is a very important process, in which there are software programs and websites that will come up with numbers at random for you to test, so there's no bias, even if it's subconscious.

Definitely! He was not a paedophile. People who accused him only wanted money. They were mentally disturbed and profiteers. No honest person ever accused him. In 1993, he was extorted by Evan Chandler, a mental sociopath, rotten to the core, dentist and ambitious playwright who used his medical license to provide his celebrity patients with drugs they could not otherwise legally buy. He had his medical diploma at least once revoked for malpractice and owed his former wife June 68000 dollars on unpaid allimony . He blackmailed Michael to finance his screenplays and because he refused he used his son Jordan to extort money. Evan Chandler suffered from bipolar disorder and he took his own life a few months after Michael died . No one attended his funeral and his son requested legal emancipation from him before he was 18. Michael was pressured by his lawyers and tour promoters to settle the case out of court as many stood to lose millions if he canceled his tour . Michael was taken being investigated for 13 months and he was not indicated even after the FBI his naked photos . Michael Jackson fought for a criminal trial before the civil lawsuit but the judge sided with the Chandlers and did not defer the civil lawsuit. The Chandlers never pressed charges or pursued a criminal trial as soon as they secured the settlement , which was compensated for by Michael's insurer later , and was agreed on and signed by both parents that it was by no means an admission of guilt or wrongdoing on Michael's behalf. Jordan Chandler did not testify in 2005 trial and he threatened to take legal action against the Prosecution when he was subpoenaed to testify under oath against Michael Jackson . Janet Arvizo alleged Michael Jackson had molested her son Gavin after she was referred to Larry Feldman , the same lawyer who had legally represented the Chandlers . Previously she and her kids took part in Michael's rebuttal documentary praising him for his kindness and generosity . Janet Arvizo had a history of extortion , shoplifting and welfare fraud . Before she accused Michael she had previously made similar false accusations for her ex husband , who called her a compulsive liar . She alleged he abused her and their children and he molested their daughter . She also alleged she was sexually harassed by a security guard at JC penney where she and her kids were caught shoplifting . Larry King was willing to testify under oath that her lawyer Larry Feldman had told him that Janet Arvizo was a psychopath who was only after money . Connie Keenan testified how she was tricked by Janet to publish an article about Gavin whose chemotherapy sessions allegedly cost 12000 dollars but later she found out that Gavin was fully covered under Kaiser Membership and Janet pocketed people's donations . After a three month public media circus highly publicized trial Michael Jackson was unanimously acquitted not only due to lack of evidence but also because the plaintiffs lacked credibility . The Arvizos were discredited in a court of law because they turned out to be serial accusers and profiteers . No honest person ever accused Michael Jackson , only money hungry leeches . Wade Robson's and James Safechuck's lawsuits have also been dismissed and a judge has granted a motion against Robson because he has told at least 50 lies in four years so as to get money from the Estate . In June 1993, Evan began to express vague threats and suspicions, although he does not say anything in his book about what aroused his suspicions. Jordie says in a conversation with psychiatrist Gardner that Evan's suspicions arose only because Jordie began to copy Michael (manner of speech, manner of joking, etc.). This is a completely ridiculous explanation, since children (and adults too) ALWAYS copy someone - parents, friends, and even more so superstars. Jordie denied any harassment, in June in response to questions from his father, and in July in response to questions from private detective Anthony Pellicano. However, Evan hired a lawyer, with whom he began to build his plan against Jackson. What an amazing coincidence that Evan's suspicions, which initially seemed to have arisen from scratch, were suddenly confirmed by his son in mid-July! Not otherwise, Evan was a clairvoyant. Evan's suspicions were actually caused by Gutierrez's FANTASIES, which he presented to Evan as fact. Instead of rushing to the police, as any normal parent would, Evan voiced his "suspicions" to Michael Jackson and demanded money. How would the culprit act? You would pay right away, right? Well, or they would have ambushed Evan on a dark night and ... The stories of Robson and Seichak are much more colorful and detailed, despite the fact that, unlike Chandler and Arvizo, they tell them almost 30 years later. Robson practically didn’t remember anything - he asked his mother about everything, but in the film he suddenly remembers everything in detail, including the moments of sexual violence, while claiming that he never thought about it and did not perceive it at all as violence, as a trauma, i.e. - did not scroll in the head. Neither Chandler nor Arvizo got such a "charm" of relations with Jackson. One would think that over time, Michael became more assertive, bold and outspoken, but ... That would probably be the case in real life, especially considering that with Wade and James everything went like clockwork - they even liked it; however, Robson and Safechuck were BEFORE Chandler and Arvizo. Safechuck's story began in 1988, and Robson's in 1990. (Chandler - 1993, Arvizo - 2003.) The thing is that each next "victim" comes up with his own story based on the stories of the previous ones, adding new details to them. The stories of Robson and Safechuck take place BEFORE the stories of Chandler and Arvizo. But the abundance of details in the stories of Robson and Safechuck testifies precisely to the fact that they were invented LATER. There is evidence that Robson sent himself links with materials about the accusations of past years, on the basis of which he composed his story.

Mr. Reed is now trying to implicate other people who were around MJ into his film script.I'm not going to link the video here but I'll say this: does he know the amount of people who've worked for MJ? From maids to studio session musicians (Musical Directors and Technical directors included. Yes Bradx2 you're all getting implicated) to animal handlers and bodyguards. Security people to secretaries...that's a lot of people to try and drag into your film script Reed. Reed allowed 2 perjurers to use the veil of freudian trauma to tell whatever story they want about Jackson. And Jackson isn't here to respond to that. He is dead. So whatever justice they seek (that's if they seek justice at all can't truly happen. Robson had his chance in 05 and he categorically denied anything sexual took place between he and Mr. Jackson). Reed's given these two men free reign to say whatever the hell they want...no matter how contradictory, manipulative or plain exaggerated...Folks it's done. The jig is up but it seems he now wants to implicate other people into this falsity??...What is it you want Reed? Child molestation is a serious topic! CSA exists and it is cruel but you're going after the wrong target and it's sad to see. Michael Jackson DID NOT put his genitals inside these two mens' mouths or anywhere else. He DID NOT touch them on their genitalia or rub it in that way. He DID NOT fondle them on their behinds or on their genitals. He did not bend any of them over and eff them. It's not about did it happen, it's about could it have happened and it's just unlikely for MJ to be effing these kids in the butt 100's of times or every time they saw each other or in full view of cameras at disneyland or on tour. Michael Jackson was the most documented man in the world! Cameras followed him around everywhere! Holding a person's hand is not molestation. Giving someone a hug is not molestation. I reject this narrative, and taking pictures with fans (no matter how young or old) or saying I love you to anyone is not molestation. Michael sent letters and said I love you to everyone. It's what he did! It's not a unique thing, which you can then tease out as hmm. He said it to young and old all the time even his own family! He wasn't grooming or effing any of them. It's sad that these men are interpreting all of these human gestures as sexual. It's sad. Michael Jackson received fanmail and encouraged everyone to seek their potential. He NEVER solicited sexual photos or had hrs of child pron on his hard-drives!! Neverland was built because Michael wanted to have fun. Could he have hung around supermodels all day? Sure, but that's not who he was. He enjoyed comics, and theme parks and candy and YA novels. He was interested in art, and history and philosophy but he also loved superheroes and Disney stuff. Naturally kids are drawn to that stuff but so are adults! It's not weird or perverted! And he wasn't using it to groom and have sex with children. He was generous and allowed people to show up at Neverland to have fun! Did some children stay over? Sure. But so did their families! Michael wasn't alone with children like that. I repeat, there were always others around and he mostly slept on the floor when they all watched movies in the evening and then fell asleep! So is Mr. Reed saying everyone around him was blind? That even camera footage failed to find this supposed molestation??? It's because nothing was going on! Being weird isn't an indicator of criminal behavior but if that's what we want to trial MJ for, then let's do it. Stop using false stories which these two men mailed to themselves (yes, they researched and mailed CSA stories to themselves to make their narrative fit), as an indicator of MJs supposed perversity. Even the photographic evidence, which Mr. Reed and the two men are now trying to twist into being perverted always shows Michael with the parents and the kids in tow. Or when it comes to photographs, there is always the photographer. Was he just hanging around whilst kids were being molested?! Please stop! Heck, there is footage of Michael and some children and their parents listening to a story teller talk about mother goose. There was nothing sexual going on! That's what it was. It's just sad what people will do. Michael, I'm so sorry this is happening to you but you aren't here anymore and no one can hurt you

Very interesting take on looking at this issue. I also believe that you can get to a conclusion from the looking at the sources. Yes no one can say 100 percent what happened. No one was there except the acusers and mj. And even the acusers can be questioned if they were there it seems...But mj being gone means we would never get to know his take or side/information. But when you look at the acusers and most of their information is wrong or can't be possible. Well then it's easy to make the case that. Their story or claims are false. Adding in the motives of their civil suits for millions of dollars. It easy for most people to put all the information together and see that. Even though mj can't defend or give his side of events. The acusers are giving all the information we need to know they are full of crap! As their stories crumble apart..Just my humble opinion. Thanks for your post and as always RIP MJ.

Very Interesting video. I believe based on the information presented about MJ that he is Innocent. The fact that Wade sat in a courtroom when he was 22 and repeatedly said MJ did not touch his privates, he did not molest him, he did not kiss him and Wade never showed any signs of distress that Wade is lying now. He begged for a job when he would be required to visualize and emulate every Michael Jackson's every move and he even wrote a letter saying he was sorry he was not cut out to be a director but a choreographer and he wanted to honor MJ. This was after his child was born and he no doubt held that child and he still said he wanted to honor MJ ! That is enough proof for me he is lying now for money. It was after he was turned down for the job his story changed. Anyone who follows wrongful convictions knows people are falsely accused and even found guilty when they are innocent. Mike Smallcomb proved what James said on LN about the Train station was a lie, since it had not been built during the time he said he was around MJ. James suddenly accused MJ after Wade was begging on social media for anyone to help him. All he got was one person, but Wade said there were probably hundreds. I find it odd he waits until MJ is dead to accuse him knowing then MJ cannot defend himself. The Attorney for HBO said "Mj's name is the most recognized in the world" meaning people will be more likely to watch the show and make money for the station. If MJ were alive he would sue Wade and James and HBO.

I have never hear a better presentation on this topic, with such a blending of hard and social sciences. I think this should be mandatory viewing for high school and college students, graduate students, journalists, law enforcement, law students and jurors. It is when people are trying to prove the HYPOTHESIS that they get into trouble. Scoentists are not immune to this and when faulty reseach is idenyified, it is usually because the researcher, because of financial or other factors, is more interested in proving the hypothesis, rather than the null. Social sciences can benefit from this method. Journalism especially Imagine the quality of pieces if the investigator sets out trying to disprove what she or he initially thinks! And in the legal arena, I think outcomes would be better if law enforcement and atorneys kept this method in mind. Thank you for an excellent presentation!
