That argument was made in 1971 at the end of the Vietnam war. We changed state drinking laws to 18. Then (for the whole decade of the 1970s) our highway interstate system was death race, 2000. Literally. Our vehicular homicide rate more than tripled and blood was everywhere. So, we HAD to put the drinking age back to 21 because our driving age MUST be 16.

In fact, those motor vehicle laws governing seemingly harmless little matters (ie., mirror & dash ornaments, window tint, stereo volume, &.) were actually crafted for the purpose of facilitating the ability of Police to pull over and check out motorists/vehicles who meet certain profiles or otherwise raise suspicion in some general manner. And of course, there could be an outstanding warrant for the driver ... or passenger. Another purpose: Source of non-tax revenue. Excellent Comment! 🎼TD, Boston

Dr. Grande reciting this woman’s body of “work” reminded me only, unlike Randall, the Doctor is a gentleman. 😂 Also: “offering independence from his life” is the most brilliant tap dance to conform to YT TOS I’ve ever heard. One thing that struck me is that she was brought up by a mother who made a career out of stripping. I think that’s not showing the daughter a good career choice Of course what she did in life was wrong and getting involved in drugs and jail and the people she hung out, made her life worse and then she made another worst choice. Not saying that she’s innocent just because of her mother, she should’ve rebelled and made better choices. Still, it helps if your parents show you a good example of life.

If they have strict Christian parents, some rebel by going into porn or stripping. You very rarely hear of teens of strippers and porn stars contradic their upbringing by getting a degree or becoming the CEO of a company 🤔

Meh, I had a temp job in LA that every so often, would bring me in contact with A-listers and pr0n stars. Honestly, the adult film stars were always down to Earth and normal than any of the Hollywood types. The things in common between the two were the shady people, recreational candy and everyone being slightly off-center. Before being involved in that scene, I imagined it to be a fairytale existence. Afterwards, despite what my loins were telling me, it just turned out to be nonsense.

People in the adult film industry are not what people unfamiliar with the industry might think they are. It doesn't surprise me that she only lasted for a year and a half. "Get in deep" - they're all "in deep" in that industry. But yes, I would suspect there are many who are 'pros' and consider it to be a fun way to make a living for a few years - staying clean, being regularly medically checked, and being on set and ready when required would probably be essential requirements to succeed at it. And possibly being lucky in looks and anatomy as well.
