EXCLUSIVE: Michael Jackson is captured in astonishing video deposition squirming, giggling and quoting Bible verses as he's questioned about molesting boys in unearthed footage
Michael Jackson squirmed in his seat when he was asked on camera whether he's a pedophile in newly unearthed video obtained by DailyMailTV
Jackson, who was 37 at the time, was quizzed by lawyers about allegations of child sexual abuse at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City on March 1, 1996
The iconic singer appears nervous and laughs in what's understood to be the only time he was ever filmed being questioned on the subject during his life
Jackson giggles seconds after he was questioned about molesting allegations against youngsters Macaulay Culkin, Jordan Chandler and Brett Barnes
During the video Jackson compared himself to Jesus and ranted at how he's been misrepresented
The three hours of VHS tapes were filmed as part of a lawsuit filed by five Neverland employees against Jackson for wrongful dismissal
They asserted that Jackson had threatened staff who saw him act inappropriately with children
The footage comes as a documentary with Jackson's former child companions Wade Robson and James Safechuck claim he sexually abused them at Neverland
Squirming in his seat, Michael Jackson is asked directly on camera whether he's a pedophile in newly unearthed video footage obtained by DailyMailTV.
The King of Pop is quizzed by lawyers about allegations of child sexual abuse in what's understood to be the only time he was ever filmed being questioned on the subject during his life.
The iconic singer, who at the time was 37, appears nervous and laughs, giggles and jokes his way through questions about molesting children in the astonishing footage dated March 1, 1996.
The video comes as a documentary, shown at the Sundance Film Festival, features Jackson's former child companions Wade Robson and James Safechuck claiming the star raped and sexually abused the pair during sleepovers at his Neverland ranch.
In Leaving Neverland, Robson and Safechuck reveal lurid details of how Jackson allegedly groomed them before engaging in sexual acts.
DailyMailTV's newly obtained video footage spanning hours shows Jackson being grilled over the claims and highlights his extremely odd reactions to the serious allegations.
The disturbing footage shows Jackson giggling just seconds after he was questioned on the molesting allegations against youngsters Macaulay Culkin, Jordan Chandler and Brett Barnes - the trio who were regular visitors to Jackson's Neverland ranch.
The video sees Jackson squirm and uncomfortably shuffle in his seat as he was deposed by an attorney over the child sex abuse allegations as part of a lawsuit filed by five Neverland employees against Jackson for wrongful dismissal.
It remains the one and only time the superstar singer was questioned on camera about his alleged deviant ways - and his reactions, just like his life, were bizarre.
In 1995, Jackson ducked a court grilling after giving $20 million to Chandler not to testify against him in court.
He also refused to take the stand in the Gavin Arvizo case in 2005.
But in this video the star has no choice but to be quizzed over the abuse allegations.
The three hours of VHS tapes were filmed as part of a lawsuit by five Neverland employees against Jackson for wrongful dismissal.
The group - who became known as the new Jackson 5 - asked their lawyer to cross examine Jackson about his behavior and management practice at the ranch.
A key argument from the five's lawyer Michael Ring was that Jackson had threatened staff, who saw him act inappropriately with children.
The wealthy star was aided by advisor Steve Cochrane and another legal advisor Zia Modabber, while Ring was joined by his co-counsel Ruth Ann Niosi.
It was filmed at The Four Seasons Hotel in New York on March 1, 1996. BlackTree TV is your premier destination for the best in entertainment, culture, and lifestyle content. It is impossible to pick out the most devastating moment from the four-hour documentary: Safechuck describing the mock wedding Jackson staged for them when he was about 11, including an exchange of vows and giving him a ring? (Safechuck’s hand shakes violently as he shows the ring to the camera.) Robson recalling how it felt to be forced to give oral sex to a grown man when he was seven Keep thinking hes not a pedo just because he was a huge pop star

Honestly, I never knew anything about him. I assessed he was guilty, I thought he had bleached away his blackness, and fell for it all. After watching videos, reading transcripts and such, I don't see him guilty of anything. Look at what the media did to Elvis, in the 2000's it was Britney Spears, the list goes on. I see it as a hit piece on his character, it is sad to see how he was treated and what he had gone through. No, I would allow my child in that environment, but I wouldn't let my child stay alone with Mr. Rogers either, he is a grown man, I am curious how different this would have been if he was a woman.

@@simonjones7674 I was ACTUALLY abused. My mother allowed it. But she didn't allow it to happen to my sister's. No one believed a word I said but as soon as my baby sister said it after he died everyone was by her side. She admitted that she was lying, she also said her son was dead after hanging himself at 14. I called his dad and he put my nephew on the phone. She wanted money for gas but it was really for narcotics and alcohol. I haven't spoken to her since. I gave a girl that was 16 a ride home in my truck from my son's school. She rode in the bed of the truck. I never even got near her, I was a lunch lady and this kid belonged to a guy, who's dog I trained. I knew her. I knew her family. I was a 23 year old with 4 kids 2 that went to school there. A cops showed up and said she said that I had tried to hit on her and hugged her weird. I NEVER HUGGED HER IN HER LIFE! The father told police she had a habit of accusing people of things that are absolutely made up out of nowhere. She had done it to multiple people and I found out later she was being raped by her uncle. Many times kids accuse the wrong person bc they're afraid of the actual offender and sometimes they do it out of desperation to get out of whatever situation they're in. Some just do it for attention bc they never get positive attention and negative attention is better than no attention at all. Once it was time for Michael to help other kids, the older kids quit getting the same attention and they got pissed. Both boys said they were "in love" with Michael at 12 do you believe that too?

In that same breath, what human being would openly and blatantly declare their sexual behavior with children so boldly? In his mind, he legitimately thought he could recreate his childhood with this new crew of “friends” and do all the things (like sleepovers”) that he never could experience bcuz of his fame. The world was not as sexual back then as it is now. Nowadays that would be immediately flagged as pedophilia. But back then, he had no context of how his behavior was being perceived.

Just because you listen to someones music it doesnt mean you know them (ex. R kelly, chris brown, phil spector) . People are sooooooooooo bias due to his fame and want to be blind to the fact that it could have happened. This guy also held his OWN baby out of a window and did not get arrested for child endangerment, or his fans say that also didnt happen even with all the footage 🤷‍♂️ blind

This is sad. He's clearly hurting & masking it with uncomfortable laughter. There are several times where you can tell he's fighting back tears. I feel sad for him. Because even before all of the allegations against him, he was clearly not being directed well by his advisors & he was just a hrown man who never got a chance to be a child. As a victim of molestation, & holding a master's degree in psychology, his body language screams that he was just trying to be the kid he never got to be. He genuinely seemed to be caught off guard by allegations. I can see how they were formed, because he spent a great deal of time trying to divert attention off of his immaturity. He was trying to people-please by doing what he thought people wanted but only causing further scrutiny once allegations began to flood. His advisors were clearly trash. Again, as a victim, NOT from MJ but my own uncle, I find it difficult to believe that any parent would allow anyone to buy their silence & any victim would not continuously frequent a place they're being abused unless they have no choice because it's in their own family home, like I was. To have denied while he was living, & never came fwd until after his death, is BS. Trust me, I'm not a die hard MJ fan, nor do I care about race. I care about justice & fairness & the evidence I saw during it all, oh, did I mention my bachelor's is in criminal justice, just didn't add up. The allegations were a distraction from something else that many celebs that try to expose. What exactly, not 100% sure, but look back to interviews & show before his death, he was warning. They get made to look like lunatics & then they die. Or they die suddenly & accused of secretly being dope heads or depressed. But hey, call me a conspiracy theorists.

The reason why he was laughing and yawning is because he wasn't actually listening and wanted to telegraph disrespect. Michael Jackson was a narcissist, he would never have been listening, he arrogantly wouldn’t take any criticism or feedback on board. His indignant, aggressive and emotionally detached demeanor in this interview was triggered by being called out on his behaviour by the police and his victims. You can sense the contempt he felt for one of his first _known_ victims, Jordan Chandler. He expressed this by pretending that he didn't know who he was when asked by the investigator. He was doing this to “devalue” the person who dared to criticise his behaviour by reporting his crimes to the police. By devaluing Jordie in this way, he was attempting to minimize the impact of the threat to his over inflated self importance.

Just like the 100 other children were by the overzealous prosecutor's. They just subjected those children to intimidating high profile interrogation & many different kinds of bribes to incriminate Michael Jackson. Jordan Chandler never even showed up to any trial's. In fact, even the drawing he did had an adult's handwriting on it. It made it clear that Jordan Chandler may not have been the one who created it in the first place. Michael Jackson was subjected to judicial prejudice with all the violation's to his constitutional right that occured at the 93 trial. I want to put the SAME scrutiny under the so called "victims" that MJ is put under. They are so obsessed with making MJ guilty that they DON'T even want to look at the "victims'" own stories. But they defend these "stranger" on the internet like they know these accusing families. 🤣Let me show you how FAKE these "victims" are if you look into their OWN stories. 1. Tell me what do you know about the 1st case in 1993 and the "father" of the boy Evan Chandler? Tell me what you know about him? If you say nothing, then stay out of PUSHING Jordan Chandler as a "victim?" Do you know Evan Chandler DRUGGED Jordan with Sodium Amytal to make the first accusation??? Do you know Jordan said nothing happened UNTIL he was administered this drug?? Evan is on tape saying "If I go through this, I WIN BIG...I will get everything I want." Is this something you would say as a parent??? Evan Chandler also tried to kill Jordy in 2005 and you can find the complaint that Jordy filed against him in the case of Jordan Chandler vs Evan Chandler at Justia Law. Jodan has told friends it never happened. Go watch Square One. So you are defending Evan Chandler who drugged Jordy and then tried to kill him. This is who you are defending? 2. What do you know about the 2005 case involving the Arvizo's?? Do you know how they got in MJ's life in 2000 by saying it was Gavin's "Dying Wish" to meet Michael Jackson as they CLAIMED he had 2 weeks to live. Do you realize the entire family would claimed it was MJ who SAVED his life?? On the Bashir doc that aired on U.S. TV on February 6, 2003, they discussed it. How they asked MJ if Gavin could call him "Dad." Then they would claim AFTER this doc aired, Michael would kidnap them and it was at this they claimed MJ molested Gavin for the FIRST TIME when an investigation was launched. Receipts were producing of them out in PUBLIC during their "kidnapping" and it KILLED their 2005 case. This is who you are defending. 3. Now we are on to the NEXT lie of James Safechuck and Wade Robson. These 2 are more ridiculous than the first 2. Let's start with Wade Robson whom you are defending. Have you ever participated in a Criminal Trial?? Do you know it's a crime to claim you LIED in a criminal trial. Wade Robson walked into a Criminal Trial in 2005 as an ADULT and testified for the defense WHEN HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. He said MJ NEVER TOUCHED him. So now he said he PERJURED himself in a CRIMINAL TRIAL by saying he LIED. That alone should make you question his story. Now let's add, Wade wanting to GET MARRIED AT Neverland, dating MJ's niece, and doing tributes to MJ when he died. Forget about him not selected for MJ's Musical One in 2011 then coming up with his accusation. The fact he is saying HE LIED already should make you question his story. This is WHO you are defending. Let's start with James Safechuck. James family was sued in 2014 and they HE got on board with Wade. But lets look at James tale. James couldn't even get his story together when he wrote his script and that's what happened when you RUSH. 🤣James was born February 28, 1978. When the Chandler case started in August 1993, James would have been 15 1/2 years old. James claims he was molested or as it put it had "sex" with Michael on the 2nd floor of this Train House. The permits PROVE the Train House DID NOT exist at Neverland until mid 1994. So James timeline of 1988 to 1992 IS A LIE. Add during the Chandler investigation, James Safechuck DEFENDED MJ. He and his mother. In fact when Michael was in Budapest with Lisa Marie in August 1994, James 16 1/2 and taller than MJ, and his mother WERE BOTH THERE as James had odd jobs, 1 of which CARRYING MJ'S UMBRELLA. 🤣 It's obvious why James is TRYING to get money from MJ now. IF he was "paid off" do you think he would have a job like that?🤣 This is WHO you are defending.

It’s amazing reading the comments just how much celebrity culture, fame and POWER is the ultimate deciding factor of guilt or innocence. With the amount of allegations brought against this person from multiple children, not to mention his outright behavior which was objectively questionable - people’s continued blind faith in this individual is staggering. I believe the victims. No amount of idolatry and “hero” worshiping OR MONEY can heal those wounds.

Leaving Neverland was so CRAPPILY put together. It reminds me of one of the OLD Tabloid Shows that throw together a story and it falls a part once REAL information comes out. But in a RUSH to get the story to the public, they MESS UP. 🤣 The Lies told are SO HILARIOUS to me since I've followed MJ for decades and documented everything about him so I can EASILY expose them. I loaded a 1989 video of Michael shopping for "rings" at Zales and James accompanied him. James would use MY video to say MJ was shopping for him a ring not realizing since I loaded the video I would know the REAL story. I just uploaded a video on THE REAL STORY. MJ was definitely not shopping for James but I wonder did he STEAL something from MJ's home to create his lie. If MJ was shopping for men rings that would have definitely made the tabloids. 🤣

  • @Musicienne-DAB1995

    @Musicienne-DAB1995

You're right that the parents should have shown more discernment. But you're also diminishing Michael Jackson's own share of responsibility here. He was known to spend exorbitant sums of money on the boys he selected *and* on the families. June Chandler, mother of Jordan Chandler, received an expensive watch after she finally allowed her son to sleep in the same bed as Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson bought a new car for Mr. and Mrs. Safechuck, along with other expensive gifts. Mr. Safechuck was a garbage collector. When you consider the fact that many of these boys came from difficult backgrounds, were huge fans of Michael Jackson, and could not afford many nice gifts, then you can see how parents can lose their discernment and turn a blind eye to what is clearly wrong. It's called grooming, and serial child molesters don't just groom their victims; they groom family members, friends, employees, and everyone around them. So even though we can definitely criticise the parents, the majority of the responsibility lies with Michael Jackson, who was repeatedly accused of child sexual molestation.

@@Musicienne-DAB1995 Judicial prejudice, falsified evidence & scam artist's do exist. Indeed one of the children claimed he was coached in order to incriminate Michael Jackson by a scam artist. He had never even met Michael Jackson. The coach claimed he was a professional. The Chandler trial back in 93 was unique in the sense that it created it's own rules in order to frame Michael Jackson to a crime he never did, where the Judge admitted his alibi was "rock solid" despite forcing Michael Jackson to drop his extortion claim once the payment was made. The Judge had already ruled Michael Jackson be deposed in a civil trial that preceded the criminal, which was a violation of his constitutional right. The video of this is up on KZread too where you can see Michael Jackson being deposed. Michael Jackson deal's with many children, remembering one from year's earlier would be difficult considering his active lifestyle. If judicial prejudice occurs where the defendants constitutional right is ignored by the Judge, than it's the only way that you can incriminate someone genuinely innocent. Michael Jackson was framed, it was discovered in the 05 trial & the FBI wrote him up as a victim of extortion.

Yet he somehow managed to become a millionaire global megastar in a fiercely competetive world? I know he had advisors, but the idea that he was some childlike innocent soul is just ridiculous. How on earth could such an innocent soul survive everything that life as a touring musician threw at them? Did he float between gigs on a magical cloud? Did he never get a bad gig? Was a flight never late? Did people not try to screw him out of money?

Wrong. He was suspected as being a pedo long before that. When he came to Scotland he headed straight for Kirriemuir, the birthplace of J m Barrie. The author of Peter Pan and another notorious boy lover, even in his day . But which was covered up at the time, because of the fear of litigation as well as not wanting unwholesome topics to leak into the press . Jackson idolized Barry. And even got his nostrils sharpened under surgery into a triangular shape.. just like the cartoon version of Peter Pan. Because he believed it would attract little lost boys into his never grow up land.. but the boys grew up and Jackson never did.

Hated him the moment I heard the accusations as a child. Got into a major argument on the phone with a friend and my father at the same time about it. Now I'm older, wiser, and I know that man was shy, was abused, and hurt terribly by adult family members, the media, and law enforcement. King of T.I.'s

Anyone seeing this message and feeling lazy to read after seeing a long paragraph, don't stop to read, read it. It will definitely change your life. That's what I have notice in people over the time. Only when they become older , they tend to smell the truth, It's naturally alerted though. When they are younger, they energetically say this and that about the person. And that's why I can relate myself with older people. Cuz they seem to see the world as I see. They seem to understand what I mean. People always try to find the flaw in a person, they never think that even if he did (SUPPOSE), "There must be a reason, a valid reason" (SUPPOSE). Iam not Actually flexing over my intelligence, I just wanted to know the world, I'm not a fool, Michael is not a fool. if I stay silent, doesn't mean I'm fool. I'm just observing. People are so easily fooled by anything. Michael was very very ahead of his time. And I can clearly see a sense of pity in his eyes, for the ignorant world. He is laughing at the silliness like how even the adults are easily fooled by anything. Literally No self anchor. Today one person will say something, you believe. Tomorrow the other person will say something, you believe. Even we ourselves didn't knew we are the actual ones being fooled. Again I'm telling I'm not flexing here. I just wanted to aware the people. Like, I wanted to share my story with you. When I was in my hostel days, we heard a news that a man smashed an acid in one shopkeeper's face. Everyone of my friends were cursing the man who throwed the acid. But I was the only one saying, "May be there was a reason behind it, no one would act such cruelty without reason"... And everyone started to bark at me, while making fun of me. But later on it was heard that "The shopkeeper was a regular abuser to that customer. A mental abuser who used to say this and that about the man. The man had been bottling up the emotions and when it went out of limitation, his act went tremendously uncontrolled to act even the worst crime. And the villagers actually described that, the man was a very quiet person, he rarely behaves rude. Also, this incident has nothing to do with Michael's case. I'm just trying to tell people that, please don't be always ready to find flaws in things, don't try to find the hole in every person. Instead try to find out the the beauty in the person in their deeds. I actually felt funny how some people were even saying that Michael had the Neverland and invited children's for that purpose. When in actually ( well idk but may be).. we could also think of that he wanted to have enjoyment. All through his life, he has been under the paparazzi, cameras, fans screams. Like it's so suffocating even to think of. And he thought that children's would be best for enjoyment as adults won't definitely spend their time playing lol. But the Dirty minded people scoop out those meanings which even he can't imagine of. That's why he laughed. He was totally done with the world and the innocent people, who don't have any purpose than to try to downfall someone. Instead they should have focussed on themselves. So my overall motive to say is, They heard Michael saying he is innocent and they also heard he is not innocent. And funny how that they could also believe on Michael's words too. But people chose to believe the the accusors. I mean, we didn't witness anything by our eyes. Only God knew what actually happened. But since people are always ready to throw shits on person, they definitely chose to believe accusors. Hands down lok😆...Even I feel funny.

I don't think people realize that you have to meet certain statutes to even bring a federal case. A federal case is the government's case. The government also has to have a solid witness, if they can't get a confession. It makes sense to settle with the witness/accuser because you can pay that witness to not testify against you and then the government has no case. Sad that many rapist get away without any recourse they have no money and the government refuses to bring many cases bases on the law and possible conviction. Society dismisses children as solid witnesses. It's also sad many pay there way out of a conviction only to continue manipulation of the public as though they are innocent. Sad also that some people are accused and sentenced based solely on the false testimony. One thing for sure. PEDOS hang out with children. I love children have my own but don't want to hang out or invite them into my bed. If an adult invited my kids into their bed Red flag! Yet people can't see it because Micheal says it's innocent. I mean how many kids (now adults) have to come forward Lol
