Michael Jackson's accusers detail alleged abuse by the late pop icon

In this extended conversation of their first TV interview about the HBO documentary, "Leaving Neverland," Wade Robson and James Safechuck share with "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King their allegations that Michael Jackson sexually abused them when they were children. Michael Jackson always denied claims of child molestation. He settled a case involving sexual abuse allegations in 1993 and was acquitted in a criminal molestation trial in 2005.

The families, like many people, bought into Michael Jackson's act, that he was this innocent, fragile spirit who couldn't hurt a fly. It was a perfect cover and it helped convince the world that he was worthy of trust when the opposite was true. And he was a wealthy and powerful celebrity. As proven on this comments thread, people are too easily starstruck and they buy into celebrity personas too easily and that's why these celebrities get away with doing terrible things. So I don't blame the families for believing in Michael's Jackson's innocence and trusting their children with him. The rest of the world believed it too. That's abundantly clear from all the people who still defend Jackson despite all the people who've come forward with accounts of his predatory behavior.

James Safechuck who was born February 28, 1978 and was 14 in 1992. He claims it happened to him from 10 to 14 (1988-1992). He claims he had a wedding ceremony at at the Neverland Train House at the beginning of the relationship and it happened up on the 2nd floor of the Train House all the time. One BIG problem with his story. Michael's Neverland Train House was not built until June 1994 when James was 16 and TALLER than MJ. lol. So his made up tale came before the Train House was built and when James was 16. Michael had the Chandler case in 1993 and James was defending him and said no such thing happened. Not only did he defend him, when MJ and LM were married in May 1994, they appeared in Bucharest in August 1994 when James was 16 (there are photos of James carrying the unbrella for MJ and LM) and he is TALLER than MJ. lol James mother also came on the trip. Now for LN, he claims MJ did not have contact with him after he became an adolescent. lol The lies are NEVER ENDING. The only one's falling for this is those who were not born and can't follow timelines. That's why James and Wade did this in MJ's death because they thought no one would know. But MJ was so famous and had so many fans, they kept up with EVERYTHING MJ. I even have a video on my channel from October 1993 raid of Neverland, a reporter mentions MJ was about to build his Train. lol That's how Safechuck got caught in his lie of repeatedly raped at the train house from 10 to 14 (1988 to 1992). lol You can also check out the real reason James joined the Wade lawsuit by watching the video on youtube called "Revealed! Why Safechuck is REALLY Suing Michael Jackson!"

The thing that I question most is, if this is true why aren't there many more accusers? The man had close unsupervised access to literally hundreds of thousands of kids all over the world on a daily... Yet we have a handful of accusers, of which 1 publicly admitted to lying due after growing up due to pressure from his money seeking father.. the other proven untrue in criminal court and a mother with a history of fraud and then these two with a history of perjury, money seeking schemes and a chip on their shoulder as if the world owes them. They sue a massive estate only after their story cannot be questioned. Hummm...🧐

Because their lies are all finally falling apart. One of the accusers at 31 years old begged and pleaded to dance for a Michael Jackson tribute show. Why would a victim want to dance in front of the whole world to honor his abuser??? Once he got rejected, he went and tried to get money from the estate. When that didn’t work out either and his feelings were hurt, that’s when this mockumentary came about.

As someone who had worked with children and juveniles that had experienced sexual abuse, I can tell you that this is the exact way lots of those children have described these terrible experiences. Everything they say is something I've heard victims of sexual abuse say before more than once. I was a lifelong Michael Jackson fan until I saw this documentary, and it shocked me to the core. I always thought he was a weird guy and too touchy and strange with kids... but I loved hiw music. After watching the documentary and these interviews I can't listen to any MJ songs anymore. I am telling you - I've heard these exact words and stories many times before... Lots of people don't step forward about childhood abuse until they're in their 40s due to shame and embarrassment, due to people not believing them, due to not wanting to re-live the nightmare. And you try to keep it down but it will eventually boil over because pain ALWAYS resurfaces like a balloon that you're trying to push under water. This is common behavior and these guys speak just like the people I used to work with. This is so heartbreaking and sad. And scary.

I was five years old when I was sexually abused. And I was scared to death. I remember my heart racing really fast and staring at the door hoping that my brother or mother would come looking for me. They never did. For years, I said nothing, and I felt so much guilt. I truly believed that I had done something wrong and that if I said anything I was going to get into trouble. I also believed that he was going to be mad at me and try to hurt me. When I finally got up the nerve to say something, only one relative believed me. The rest of them called me a liar or didn’t say anything at all, which was just as hurtful. To this day, according to most of my family, whatever I say is a lie. If I said the sky was blue, they’d swear it was green. And my abuser, he never had to pay for what he did. He has kids and he’s living his version of happiness probably without a simple thought of me. I actually wonder about that sometimes, if he thinks of me and if he’s sorry. I imagine he’s not because he’s never had to answer for what he did all those years ago. He got away with it. Meanwhile, I’m still dealing with what he did. I’ve been dealing with it since I was five and nobody cares how hard that’s been. There are moments where I don’t think about it and for the most part I’m okay. And then out of nowhere, it’s like a train wreck. I feel scared and guilty, and desperately want for someone to come and save me. As a teen I self harmed with a razor blade and when the school found out and told my family they did not care. I know that because they told me as much. The memories of what happened, the guilt, the shame was too much to bare. The insomnia and PTSD were probably the things that pushed me over the edge. I’m still dealing with that as a grown man, insomnia and PTSD. How is that fair? They say that life isn’t fair for anybody, but I beg to differ. Some people suffer tremendously more than others. I don’t think there’s anything worse than being sexually abused or raped, because when it happens it never goes away. It stays with you for the rest of your life.

MJ as far as Id know, has experienced time and time again on all manners of accusations on sexual conducts and acts. The media was out for him, the various organizations were out for him. But after so many years fighting in the courts, he was free from all charges. Did he Pay the Jury ? did he pay the Judges on the verdict ? OFF COURSE NOT. Many would want to believe in this. If it was, then the world works on a Fairy Tale. NO. This is REALITY !!! Could you Imagine, the moment that MJ's people actually tried to bribe or lobby the courts, the jury or the Judge ? That would have become one of the GREATEST news that has ever been made. It would have been MJ's PR nightmare that could have led to a PR death. With so many people having EAGLES eye views on the case, Should any one of them tried to lobby for the case, It would have already made all the news in the world. No. There wasnt any lobbying, there wasnt any buying off the Judge or Jury. After both sides presenting all manners of evidence and proof. The judgments were made. MJ was free of all the charges. It only meant that MJ is and Was NEVER guilty at all. Now, long after the man is dead, comes these 2 dudes accusing MJ of sexual abuse. TAKE A LOOK AT THE TIMING PEOPLE !!! look at the timing. Its at the ripe moment of time when there is this Sudden SURGE of sexual abuse cases making headlines all over. Harvey Weinstein, R-Kelly, Christiano Ronaldo, Brett Kavanough, David Copperfield. Etc etc. Im not saying that ALL of them are NOT guilty. But I am saying that it is a Ripe moment for them to get on this new Money making band wagon.

This is interesting???? Life Coach Toronto Giovanni Maccarrone Published on Mar 18, 2019 Subscribe 2.2K The Leaving Neverland Documentary talking about Michael Jackson’s relationship with Wade Robson & James Safechuk shows Michael to be a man who hurt little children. Many people believe that the two men are lying, and the director Dan Reed recently stated that they are telling the true. Apparently Robson and Safechuk are filling lawsuits against the Jackson estate, while the Jackson estate are trying to sue HBO for the documentary/mockumentary. In this 2013 interview on the Today Show, Wade Robson tells NBC’s host Matt Lauer that Michael Jackson hurt him between the ages of 7-14. Body language analysis shows that Robson seems like he is lying about her allegations. He uses emphasizers, emblematic slips and false starts. He makes speech errors and uses the technique of repeated assertions (parrot language). His body language does not make his words, and he engages in non-emphatic denial. According to renowned Dr.Paul Ekman in his teachings on detecting deception, he explains that people who are deceiving tend to use this micro shoulder shrugs with only one shoulder. This is an a-symmetrical shoulder shrug. A person who’s in line with what they said might still do the shoulder shrug to say I don’t know, but with BOTH shoulders, not just one. Oprah recently interviewed Robson & Safechuk and supported claims that Michael Jackson did commit those acts. Michael Jackson had two world renowned court cases both in 1993 and 2003 after Living With Michael Jackson aired. Now 10 years after his death in 2009, there are more accusations regarding what they said was done to them as little boys in the 1990s.

Maxine Z, the point is not that it took so long. As someone who experienced abuse, let me ask you. Is the person who did it alive or dead? Do you think that your psychologist, friends and family help you best to heal, maybe even other victims or the public opinion, criticism to yourself and your parents, tv stations and loads of people who want to interview you? And most importantly, did you ever want your (dead) abusers family to suffer and did you try to get money out of them? It would be another story to come out to stop someone doing it to someone else, to get justice, even, if you cannot afford medical attention that you need as a cause of this to be covered. But going after his family after he is dead is utterly despicable.

On the other hand - watch a few Jackson videos when he’s pouring out his little sorrowful childhood stories (which are true - he did have a horrid childhood)- So he knows the pain but he is totally rehearsed and choreographed to hide the part of the story that isn’t true - his love of children as innocent playmates of the Peter Pan - only except near the end - with Bashir - the mask slipped - he took more risks - having the boy in the picture - he was getting sloppy - drug use may have contributed here to the sloppiness - Icarus thought he’d gotten away with it in broad day light - Icarus (your MJ) thought - ‘I can do anything I want,” cause not only had he groomed entire families and parents of young boys for quite a few decades - he’d also groomed all you star struck numpties, of which there seems to be an infinite number of - and now you are all doing his bidding. And you thought, we would overlook that? ( See the predator shows on our page ). So, get ready for the news -- that wade was just arrested and charged with statutory rape ( its under investigation now ). And hopefully he will be charged, tried, convicted, 20 years jailed. And finally deported back to the woods of australia .... where he belongs. Then all Mj fans will rejoice and party when this happens. And i'll invite you and his supporters of his lies to the party, plus don't forget the champagne pal. So stop .... raping minors, young girls and children wade ... Bum. ....

Some people cannot be shaken from their beliefs, and perhaps that is THEIR past not allowing them. It's just too hurtful to be so betrayed for some people. Some of us expect it! Or, have it in our experience that 'big names' are just that --- they are not the private person, only a label. Manipulative people usually are NOT bad people! But when a manipulative person IS up to no good, they have a better chance of getting away with it - big name or not, but especially if they're perceived as celebrities or leaders. When they fall down, and hopefully most do quickly, it an taken a while but eventually, all that will be left is reputation and in his case, some old songs. Cool old songs and a NASTY rep.

I didn't even understand what was going on, I felt uncomfortable but I kept on going to his house because he was nice, sweet and played with me, and my abuser was not famous, he was not my idol, I was an only child my parents worked all day, my grandmother was suppose to watch me but she was old and no one would of ever even imagined anything like that at the time. The abuses stopped only when I brought a little friend with me to his house, she has always been warned by her parents that no one should ever touch her private parts and she was a few years older then me, my parents never warned me, sex was never something my parents would ever mention. My friend was the one that grabbed me by the hand and dragged me downstairs and she told her parents, I was still confused. Police came and arrested him. It is hard to admit that someone abused you, you feel ashamed. If you never had this experience your opinion is worth zero, nothing, nada.

But if these children can explain such abuse consistently.. and pass lie detectors and suffer all the signs of adults dealing with child sexual abuse later in life... I mean, why wont you believe them? I am a huge MJ fan. I will never stop loving and idolizing him - the artist. But it seems clear that he did also have sexual relations with small boys. He can be both a hero and a very misguided damaged man with mental health issues who did these things to small boys. Not because he's evil. James claims in all his legal documents that the abuse went from 1988-1992. He said repeatedly in his complaints that the alleged abuse ended in 1992 because by that time he reached puberty and MJ lost interest.. *Truth:* The train station was build in Dec 1993. James was nearly 16 years old then and again said the abuse ended in 1992. Safechuck and Robson had contact with Michael up into their mid 30ties. They never said 1 bad word about MJ until they needed money. Robson did everything to be close to Michael when he was alive and even everything to praise and defend MJ. You can find many videos of that online like this one. kzread.info/dash/bejne/qYSH2MGemqbYkag.html Only in 2013 he started spreading the abuse lies and he convinced Safechuck to sue MJ's estate for a billion dollars. *Also watch these 2 videos and many others that expose the Leaving Neverland lies.* Lies of Leaving Neverland Full Movie kzread.info/dash/bejne/dYyDyNxqic69laQ.html Why Safechuck is REALLY Suing Michael Jackson! kzread.info/dash/bejne/hpN3rpePoLGxh7g.html *Also important to know is that people (who were close friends with MJ as kids and adults) like: Brett Barnes, Macauly Culkin,* *Corey Feldman and many others who have nothing to gain by accusing MJ, still defend him today.*

The notion that MJ is making his HIStory album as a protest of the 1993 and molesting Wade is absurd if you follow his timeline. Wade was born September 17, 1982. The first allegation started on August 17, 1993 when Wade was 11 and EMPHATICALLY denying anything happen to authorities. The investigation lasted 14 months, almost to 1995 when Wade would have been 13. The DA even extended the statue of limitations to 1998 for victims to come forward and got NONE. But in 1996, MJ was in Brazil making the video for They Don't Care about us when Wade was 14 and he wants us to believe MJ is molesting him at this time. 🤣 Anyone who believes this is apart of THEY.

They were asked hundreds of questions like "did he touch your hair", "did you see him naked?" and so on. They said: nothing happened. Robson was ab 11 and Safechuck was ab 16 in 1995. In 2005 Robson was 22, and he didn;t just said nothing happened - he flew from Australia to defend MJ, he called accusations "ridiculous", he was adamant that MJ couldn't do it. Altho they had moved far away, I did make contact and was able to to let him know that God gave me the grace to actually forgive him, & I told him that God would also forgive him, and that Jesus went willingly to the cross and shed His blood = to pay for the very sins we commit. By the time the knowledge of that incident had 'returned' I had myself learned the reality of the scripture that promises "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus, our Lord." That is right out of the Holy Bible's book of Romans ch.6, vs. 23! In the same book in ch. 5 it tells us "But God commendeth his love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." vs. 8. That covers it all.

The media gives ALL of the so called victims of MJ credibility. They even protect their OBVIOUS LIES to help them. It's really funny too. I can still remember MJ's trial in 2005 when the Arvizo's took the stand and jurors WERE LAUGHING. It was really funny when they claimed MJ abducted Gavin AFTER the Bashir documentary aired and THAT'S when the assault occurred for the FIRST TIME. There abduction lie was PROVEN with receipts of them OUT DINING during their abduction. 🤣 They couldn't turn the Arvizo story into a documentary because people would have been laughing. I would have liked to have seen the part of them claiming they tried to escape Neverland in MJ's hotair balloon. 🤣 They couldn't turn the Chandler case into a documentary either with his tape phone conversation saying "If I go through with this I WIN BIG TIME....I WILL GET EVERYTHING I WANT." Since these 2 didn't have credible stories, they decided to INVENT one with Wade and James since there's NEVER went under cross examination. I guess the Train House that NEVER existed would be the laughing stock of James' testimony since in his documentary he put such a focus on it with the wedding and repeated fake assaults in the invisible Train House. 🤣Wade's would be asked about appearing in a criminal trial now claiming he LIED in a CRIMINAL TRIAL when he stated MJ NEVER TOUCHED HIM. I have NEVER seen a molestation trial where the victim gets on the stand to LIE in a criminal trial risking going to prison for 5 years for Perjury. I would like to see the parts where he and his wife were at MJ's Neverland or what he called "sacred land" in 2007 filming. I guess the defense attorney could call it "Return to Neverland."🤣 I would also like to see the letter James sent to MJ's Estate wanting to do a tribute to him in Vegas called One. You do realize his accusation came AFTER he was rejected then sued the Estate for a billion dollars. 🤣 Or Wade participating in a dance routine with Janet at the 2009 MTV Award. I would also like to include the write up he did for MJ's Opus in 2009 where he said MJ is such a caring person and said he is "enchanting the HEAVENS."

jarrett battle That’s not part of Michael’s grooming, as you call it. That was part of Michael’s jealousy. He was so insecure and manipulative at his core, he felt the need to discourage underage boys from having crushes on women. The grooming was when he isolated them from their parents, bribed they’re parents with gifts and money(Latoya admitted she saw checks with James name on them), and convinced those boys that the sexual relationship they had was normal.

Like they said, they have been going through a long healing process which started after having sons of their own. Also, all of this (the film and now the interviews), as started by the director. HE approached them to make this film which isn't even really about MJ, but about how child sexual abuse doesn't always look the way people generally believe it looks like (children hating it, fighting it). More often they don't dislike the abuse itself and they don't question it. This film shows how it affects the victims in adulthood and how it affects their families who were blind to it while it happened right under their noses.

What people are forgetting when talking about these guys being abused is that it wasn’t only sexual abuse, it was full on emotional and social manipulation. Children don’t know what’s bad for them when adults they trust tell them it’s okay, and when they admire and have such loyalty to such an otherworldly superstar like MJ then of course they’re going to do as he says to keep them together; essentially psychologically grooming them to keep their relationship a secret, and nurturing a genuine love between him and each of the then boys. You don’t need to be a psychologist (which I am) to know that each case of PTSD is unique in abuse victims, and these two chose extreme repression of their realities as their coping mechanisms which is what MJ seemed to encourage for only his own sake. The details of the sexual acts and romance between a grown man and little boys is sickening in itself, but the extent of just how well he groomed his victims to keep quiet and their families to not suspect him of such a thing by using his fame, power and charm is what really chills me to my core. Largely in part because I was a huge fan of everything MJ did, so it’s a personal shock. However, in looking at this as objectively as possible, I don’t think I’ll ever consider Michael innocent again. His godly persona is just that, none of us know the actual person away from the spotlight. Except these two victims.

Yeah. Well said. I was a fan of his as well. Loved his music. But I believe these guys were molested. I also believe there are more boys, and potentially they'll come forward in the future as well. I'm someone who's good at reading people and the only thing they answered that I felt wasn't completely honest was their (Mainly wades) answers about why they're suing for money. I think THEY think they deserve it. That they've suffered and will continue to suffer and have these memories and trauma and they want the Jackson estate to pay. And frankly I kinda wish they had just been honest and said it. Because I believe they deserve it. I also think Michaels family deep down knows that these guys and prior accusers are telling the truth, but they'll ALWAYS defend Michael because their bank account depends on Michaels legacy. And that's the truth.

God knows, I would have been completely out of my mind when MJ would have offered me not only to meet him, but to be his best friend. Even grown up adults get star struck and could be drawn into manipulation by a person of that star power. Now, try to imagine what this would do to a child. One doesn’t need to be a psychologist, indeed. It’s just a shame for the incredible music. I personally can’t really listen to it anymore.

When you are a victim and you don't say something right away you are more likely not to say something later. At first you might not say something because you don't really understand or they use a scare tactic. Then you think no one is going to believe you because it's usually and old family member/friends or someone in high power. After some time you start felling ashamed and feel like it's your fault. I took me like 8 year to finally say something for the first time about one of my abusers and nothing was done about it so it made me feel like It didn't matter because it was no longer happening. Like I didn't matter. It took me another 5 years to say something again but still nothing happened and the abusers were never confronted because they are family members. First time it happened to me I was 8 years old the last time I was 13 years old. I'm 37 now and I have only told like 6 people.

@Candice Lynn I praised my 3rd grade teacher. I thought he really liked me and cared about me. He constantly lied to my parents that I wasn't doing the work needed to get me to stay after class. I thought that's just because he wanted to be with me because he liked me. I didn't have friends and my home life wasn't the best. I didn't dare speak up because I was worried it was shameful and I didn't want to get anybody in trouble and in a sick way I liked the way it felt like he cared about me. It really didn't click with me till I was an adult what had happened. Like my brain blocked it out. I don't know my age when it happened. I don't remember much but those few details I shared. I remeber his name and face. And how he would rub me and a few others backs and chests during school. So if they get a few details wrong, I completely understand. Your brain has a funny way of trying to protect you and sometimes that means remembering information wrong or just blacking it out. I also relate to him praising and loving Michael Jackson in protecting him. Because you're so confused on what is happening. I would have protected my 3rd grade teacher. But fortunately he went to prison when I was in high school because another kid came forward. Something I was too chicken to do. So my point also goes to show that just because most of those kids who have been with Michael Jackson say nothing happened, doesn't mean that nothing really happened. They could be too ashamed or scared to come forward.

She could have had an abortion or put the baby up for adoption. That's like marrying her assailant and keeping his child. That doesn't make no sense! The only person she told, was you? she didn't call the police, or even tried to get her rapist convicted and prosecuted, after committing a sex crime? She allowed him get away with it, so he can continue on raping, victimizing and impregnate other women? He should be incarcerated. Sorry, but your story just doesn't sound feasible at all!
