Hi Lynn, you're very welcome. If you don't prefer a bread that rises as these do, you can use just 2/3rd's baking powder. Once cooled and sealed it is really moist. I hope you enjoy! Take care.

Jeez that's one tough egg shell, only in Newfoundland Labrador lol, loves me banana bread my mother used too bake one or two loaves every couple of weeks. Cheers !

Haha, the struggle was real! I would often get over ripened bananas for free and freeze some and my mother would bake a few loaves as well. Bananas never went to waste. Thanks.

Hello Dave, looks good! Love the banana bread too, one of my favs with good cup of tea. Any salmon fishing in yet? Noticed u used a Newfoundland egg from the bay eh where the hens lay on the rocks ahahah!!

Hey buddy, thanks! It does go good with tea... no fishing yet, hopefully soon. It's been a busy past year here, how's the fishing out your way? Yes that egg must have come from the coast! Haha
