The meds, rice, veg, saucy meats and expensive organic processed trash my family eats is her idea of healthy! They all trust the family nurse while they eat their meds! My family is addicted and they would rather i be sick with them so we can all be medicated together. They think I'm the crazy one! What a shame to be the only lion in the family. I'm watching my relatives fall apart at young ages and I'm over here eating steak and feeling terrific! 6yrs in and the results are amazing! 🥩🥛☀️🧠💪🏼 Keep spreading the good word, Baker!

I had to sit there watching her feed my nephew, who's non verbal btw, mashed up bannana on bread and obviously I, tactfully I thought, (my mother disagreed btw 😂) was that the best idea? Especially as his eye is now going wonky. It's bonkers isn't it. My mum, from her wheelchair, made me feel like I was doing wrong when I am literally only providing the solution to their issues. The areas where body fat is distributed somewhat depends on genetics. But that simply means that some people would have to work a little harder than others. Overall, obesity mainly comes from people being sedentary rather than active. Large amounts of fattening food, of course, contributes as well.

I used to get McDonalds iced coffees until I saw them make it. It still turns my stomach to see how much cream and syrup they put in there and haven't had one since.

Only time I'll get a drink at Dunkin Donuts is when its like 95 or higher I'll get one of those frozen drinks. They do cool you down really fast. But even if its like 78 those drinks are so cold you can get a brain freeze. Best to drink water. Next time I go to Dunkin Donuts I'm just going to get shaved ice to drink and skip all that junk they put in the drink.
