That "coffee" video gave me diabetes.
one week later..."Doc I've done everything I can to lose weight."
In my opinion, the reason we see whole families who are obese is that the ALL eat the same way!! It's so sad, especially when obesity and most health issues can be easily and deliciously solved by going carnivore!! It healed me, and I love eating meats and eggs and butter. I'm 72 and was disabled at 50!! Enjoying life again!! Thanks again, Dr. Baker!!

My, ER nurse niece, gets angry at me and yells "it's genetic, trust me I'm a nurse" when i suggest changing the families diet to ease their health issues. Carbohydrate induced panic attacks! The meds, rice, veg, saucy meats and expensive organic processed trash my family eats is her idea of healthy! They all trust the family nurse while they eat their meds! My family is addicted and they would rather i be sick with them so we can all be medicated together. They think I'm the crazy one! What a shame to be the only lion in the family. I had to sit there watching her feed my nephew, who's non verbal btw, mashed up bannana on bread and obviously I, tactfully I thought, (my mother disagreed btw 😂) was that the best idea? Especially as his eye is now going wonky. It's bonkers isn't it. My mum, from her wheelchair, made me feel like I was doing wrong when I am literally only providing the solution to their issues. Obesity didn’t seem to be much of an issue when I was a kid in the 70s. Yeah there were fat people but not like today. Also we maybe had two or three fat kids in school at that time. My coffee is so much easier than the diabetes in a cup. Just brew and pour ☕️

Epigentics largely control how our Genes are expressed. Food and Poison thst we invest or absorb plays a HUGE role in Epigenetics. Genes require certain molecules to be expressed, what we consume largely determines whether our Genes are Fit and Healthy or Fat and Dysfunctional.

I got fat just watching that
I just started working at a café a week ago & everyone keeps ordering these extra sugar pumped drinks 😅 we’ve even got sugar free pumps with 0 cals instead of 80 for the same taste, but only 2 ppl out of hundreds have asked for it so far My favorite drink to make for myself is fizzy water with a single pump of sugar-free vanilla syrup 🤤 one pump is plenty sweet. But for customers we typically do 3-4 pumps for a tiny cup, & that kind of intense sweetness would honestly kill me, idk how they stand it 😭

The areas where body fat is distributed somewhat depends on genetics. But that simply means that some people would have to work a little harder than others. Overall, obesity mainly comes from people being sedentary rather than active. Large amounts of fattening food, of course, contributes as well.
Not sure if I've eaten this much sugar in an entire last month. Or two...
Wow it was revolting watching that "coffee" being made
so, so glad I (and surprisingly my handful of close friends) never developed a taste, or need for coffee. I probably have enough other vices already.
I used to get McDonalds iced coffees until I saw them make it. It still turns my stomach to see how much cream and syrup they put in there and haven't had one since.
right I wonder what do you think about the risk of high red meat consumption linked to colorectal cancer and cardiovascular disease ?
Using almond milk made it healthier. I bet that’s what they’re thinking.
