The sauna protocol is a huge win!!! As a massage therapist working with peri/menopause untrained, low muscled, protein deficient women....this is where I have everyone start!! Hearing "lift heavy shit" doesn't help when it hurts to move...have nerve pain...chronic neck/back pain....the sauna protocols Andy outlined here could be life changing!!!

I believe that saying walking has no utility in someone's overall health is a dangerous thing to put out there. Simply because there are people that is all they can do. So if you say walking is just walking and has no health benefits you will get a lot of people that will just quit even just doing that.

Joe Rogan's show is where I first saw Andy and what kept me listening was the way he spoke and explained things. It was that show when I learned about strength vs. hypertrophy and about going nowhere near failure BUT more frequently produced better strength results! I started doing 3 sets of 3 pull ups (I could do 8, clean), everyday and within a month I could do 12 clean! It blew my mind!

Sucks that only execs and pro athletes get this kind of care. I wish all these MD and PHD podcasters would band together, create a lobby, raise money and force our government to make changes in legislation. Can you imagine the millions of listeners between these guys, huberman, Attia, Rich Roll and others all hearing about how they can support the preventative healthcare lobby? Unstoppable.

EXCELLENT IDEA! Comment of the century. Let’s find ways to mobilize and make that happen. You are right, there are masses of eyes to reach on here for social change, as much as for silly ads. Preventive Healthcare is something everyone can get behind, and that is scientifically backed. It is a political mandate, by definition.

Andy's personality is very confident and almost abrasive in how he says somethings, but maybe it's cause I'm pretty introverted and not like Andy, but I respect Gabrielle's respect and patience with his communication style. I personally would have probably felt uncomfortable having to receive that level of energy in how he expresses himself for a total 3 hours. But I'm also not aware of his level of fame and accomplishments, I'm just a new listener of his podcast and so forth.
