Eat Meat, Not Too Little, Mostly Fat
"Cauliflower gnocchi" < What the?....that isn't food either.
Take sugar out of supermarkets & you're left with a corner store.
beef, chicken pig is good. yes goat sheep deer r good too and duck and rabbit r good
The problem with his talk is that to him "access to quality food " is limited to grocery stores. We, in the real world, know that the grocery store is the last place you want to look for quality food. If you don't grow it in your own pasture, you go to the local butcher shop. Grocery stores are nothing but refined sugar and over processed bs. Eat Meat!
I live in Iowa. We have lots of good quality butchers. I have numerous homesteaders that sell chicken, eggs, pork, and beef on my phone. I live in a town of 25,000. I have 5 laying chickens in my back yard. Yes, my city allows keeping chickens. Myself and many neighbors keep gardens. (I'd rather eat meat, but I can grow and preserve enough organic food to last most of the year. Plus, my husband doesn't do keto.) It costs me under $25 for all my seeds as I save my seeds and do seed swaps with my neighbors. Yes, I have a full-time job, too. And, if you live in an apartment, there are 2 different places in the city you can rent garden areas for cheap. They even plow it for you in the spring. Between growing your own food, buying from local ranchers, hunting, fishing, and foraging, you don't need to go to a grocery store unless you want to. It's all about priorities. If you say you can't, you're right.
You have to make a vow with yourself and then keep it. Mine is that I will never eat refined sugar or grains ever again.
Six months into carnivore with no sugar and I don’t miss it one bit.
Oh okay this is another repeat 😢. When he mentioned not having access to quality food in Nebraska I remembered. Totally incorrect statement by the way
The problem is education, or more correctly, miseducation. Americans are eating the diet the government tells us to eat, the Standard American Diet, heavy on carbs and with lots of seed oils. The exact opposite of what we should be eating and were eating since life began.
Ruminants make soil. Crops make dirt.
Assuming meat will be not restricted by next decade
I think I'll stick a carrot in my ear!
Nebraska doesn't have butchers or cattle farms?
Love Max! Wakin up the world too! ♥️✌🏼💃
He's spot on.
I would go another way, cut carbs, use small amounts of refined sugar like Japanese cuisine does.
Dude nailed it.
Seed oils too 👍
haha, not me. not for years. and alcohol is the most refined sugar you can put to your mouth. dont be mistaken, alcohol is a supercharged sugar.
