God has blessed me. i started doing you tube to help others like me.

I’ve been Carnivore for 7 months and other than the weight loss, the two things I most enjoy is how I feel so much better and breaking the food addiction to sugar and carbs.

I just sent this to a friend who needs to climb on board. He's "meat-heavy" in his diet, but I know he cheats and, this is my conjecture, eats too much dairy. I had to remove dairy almost completely from my diet. I removed it for a couple of weeks, felt better, added it back in, felt worse, and voila...there was my answer. I've been carnivore for 9+ months and have never felt better (or had better blood work).

I'm pushing 64yrs old. Been strictly carnivore for the last 6 months. I've lived with gastrointestinal problems my entire life. Gerd, reflux, acid indigestion, etc. I can honestly report that all of those problems are a thing of the past. My mental clarity is sharper as well. This diet has given me my life back. My energy level is off the chart. I'm on the beach every morning at 5am where I do a combination of walking and wind sprints. I'm loving life right now! ✌️😎

Carnivore cured my autoimmune disorders. I was also almost fully bald as well, from Alopecia Areata (Will Smith's wife) now I literally have a full head of hair. It was like fertilizer for grass lol

Been carnivore now for almost 4 years. My gum health has improved. I’ve leaned out and look pretty good for a 70 year old. Sometimes when I’m leaving the gym I see people checking me out - then they see my face and see that I’m actually a little old lady. It’s pretty funny. I’m healthy, no meds, I exercise every day doing Pilates or working out at the gym. I eat lots of red meat ( mostly ground beef) chicken, fish, eggs, and a bit of dairy. I LOVE this way of eating. Wish I’d started eating this way years ago.

Fortunately for me, I was already addicted to steak. However I preferred lean meat. Something changed after a couple of weeks though, and I became a fat chewing bone sucking cave man! Bones are just meat lollipops to me now.

I'm 51 years old, and now on day 25 of carnivore and already 23 lbs down! My BP is at a beautiful 120 over 78. I've had high BP for over a year now. I have some severe old injuries from Army days with alot of chronic pain and had put on 60 lbs, had no energy, always in pain and depressed... But now Bloating is gone, most of my pain is gone! The gym starts Monday! Thank you for your videos!

I am on my second day of it. I am determined that no one will sway me from this. my husband is very supportive and I think he is watching me first before he does it as well.

Im a 48 year old woman weighing 115 pounds. I started carnivore 6 months ago and weighrd 140 pounds. I told my dentist at that time that i was gping to lose 25 pounds on the carnivore diet. He laughed and said "I like your confidence". I didnt realize until that moment that i had no doubt i would reach my goal. I was completely initiated at that point😂.

Just two weeks ago, I was struggling with a weight of 520lbs, unable to comfortably walk for more than 5 minutes due to my back issues. But things have completely turned around in just two weeks! Thanks to the Carnivore diet and fasting, I've already lost an incredible 40lbs!

I just passed my six-month mark of being carnivore. I took right to it and never looked backed. I was keto off and on for several years and just couldn't get the "chemistry" right. Once I removed all carbs, processed junk, and I'm talking about the keto-friendly foods and all, everything changed. I appreciate all your advice along the way Dr. Shawn. Truly life changing!

I’m 65 I started 25 days ago I started at a weight of 220. I’m now 205 within three or four days of starting at I noticed the arthritis in my fingers and knuckles in the back of my shoulders, and my hips and thighs disappeared. I’m not prediabetic or diabetic but my energy level and thinking is so much clear just like everybody else says it does. It’s been amazing. I’m so glad I saw you with Joe Rogan and my son-in-law and his wife my daughter and myself are on it my wife’s even eat more meat with fat on it. She’s not so much carnivore, but she’s seeing the results and they’re pretty unbelievable, I wear sweats because I’m retired a lot but if we’re going out somewhere I put on a pair of pants and I haven’t done this in about two weeks because we haven’t been going anywhere. I put them on yesterday to go out and I made a gasp and my wife thought something was wrong. It was like 3 to 4 inches where there wasn’t before I was blown away. It was like somebody switch pants on me just to screw with me. I’m so thankful I saw your show with Joe Rogan. It is changing my life like it’s changed yours and all the people that follow you and Doctor Chi and I could just keep listening people. God bless everyone.

I still like to do like 80% carnivore. Still like my snacks sometimes and the occasional fruit. I did accidentally quit smoking when I first tried to go 100% carnivore for 6 months. I didn't get any cravings of any kind ever and had a VERY busy couple work weeks. Looked on the counter and saw the smoke pack and was like o shit when was the last time I had one? That was like 8 years ago, never smoked again.

This is the best "How to" for carnivore! Straightforward, to the point, not wordy and positive 🥰

Switched from Keto to carnivore about a month or so ago. Dropped an additional 10 Ibs and I feel great! Better mood, focus an overall well-being. I do include some nuts, cheese and heavy cream but not every day and I do not notice any real negatives. I also eat these things kind of as a cheat day. This is not a diet, it truly is a way of life for me moving forward. 🤘😎🤘
