    This was perfect for e at 70. I've been exercising regularly for years and years and have watched my capacity go down for the last 10 years. This I can beef up to a higher level that taxes me but there is no pressure to keep up with the younger set who go fast and furious. I also like that Andi mixes things up to combos. I've found that many SilverSneakers trainers do the exact same thing for 30 sec or more and that is horrible for old bones and joints. And the quickly changing moves give the brain a workout too. Andi builds the combos well and is a wonderfully encouraging coach.

    Great cardio workout. About 2000 steps, all low impact (no jumping). I so appreciate these youtube classes, along with the live virtual classes. Sadly, I believe I'll be losing my silver sneakers benefit as my Medicare supplement is changing companies in the new year.

    Good video! We did these or should I say, use to, do these in gym classes but the business shut down. I go to Planet Fitness and do exercises off You Tube as my classes. 🙂🙂🙂🙂
