Perfect!
Thank you! Great instructions and love that you do the movements at a slower pace. This allows me to focus and concentrate on form and using muscle, not momentum, to complete each rep :-)

Will try my best! I attend a gym regularly using nautilus, but I don’t see the progress I had hoped. My shoulders hurt and I cannot lift too much weight

This is our SilverSneakers Master Trainer, Sam! She is fantastic :)
I used to do all sorts of exercises when I was a spring chicken lol! But after working a job that gave me carpal tunnel, I have trouble holding things like weights. Otherwise I would be all over these!
I thought upright rows were a no-no; silver sneakers, please share why they are included.

Have heard the same- internal rotation sets one up for impingement syndrome? Or are the weights light enough that won’t be a problem ?
Percent ty! And do you know how can I have a better hands and arms skin? I'm 59 and i have wrinkles on my hands and arms 😭

supplements are a good place to start
Like all of your videos. What is your name?
If I start with a lighter weight when should I increase to a heavier weight?

not sure
upright rows are very hard on the shoulders. Impingement often results. This exercise is not needed to get a good shoulder work out.

How long will it take to see results?
