    Looks good! You have no idea how many times I have to tell my fellow Americans Yorkshire pudding isn't a dessert, it's a bread. My Granny used to make them just about any time of day, but always with a roast.

    Wow. Great recipe. I think I am going to try this today. I don't know why Americans say it's hard to find lard. I live in the Midwest and it's in every grocery store big and small. They just don't look for it or they don't ask where to find it.

    They usually keep it on the bottom shelf. I guess folks are too lazy to bend over! I live in Florida and it's in all of our grocery stores too.

    We have lard in the US, but it is not commonly used. Most people use Crisco, or it's generic counterparts, due to advertising. I prefer to use lard if fat is needed since it is a more natural form of fat than Crisco.

    This Yorkshire pudding pizza looks yummy...I will for sure give it a try. I have an unrelated question...how long can I keep the home made clotted cream for? Love your video's :-)

  • @britishcook5468

    @britishcook5468

    Hey Michelle! Thanks, so pleased you liked it. The home made clotted cream should keep for about 1 week covered in the fridge. It won't though you'll eat it in less than 24 hours once you try it :P You can freeze it too for about 2 months. But that'd require some super human will power. Give in, eat it fresh :P
