I don't typically give recipes for condiments. I could do though? Can you buy fresh horseradish? Out of season?

Mmmm horseradish - I love horseradish but now veggie so never eat beef and so never get to eat it - need to find something veggie that goes really well with horseradish sauce 🍽🍽 xx

Oh and my husband and I went to school in Sandwich in Kent - and there is a sign just outside the town which says “Ham Sandwich” as they are both location names and they are very close together 😂😂

Lizzie Dean Makes, something just came to mind and I hope you don't mind my suggestion. Portobello mushrooms are kind of meaty. If you marinate one in some liquid smoke aka, hickory smoke seasoning and grill it, it is somewhat like a burger. You can try horseradish on that. Or you can try it on those jumbo veggie Frank's made from soy..
