The reason Councils reduce road volume by removing 1 traffic lane out of 2 in the same direction and convert it to a cycle lane, which is then not used, This is so in the future the council can say "there is congestion in the city's we'll have to introduce a congestion charge to reduce traffic" The congestion was caused by the Council reducing the size of the roads originally.

Absolutely brilliant. I loved the laughter, the friendship, the memories. The food looked amazing and excellent value. Basically 60 sheets for really 4 meals (2 takeaway) plus drinks . I was properly drooling

Great review, I went to Leeds about 12 months ago after seeing so many great food reviews and in that market I tried almost every food stall apart from this one, so next time I'm there I'm going to try the Yorkshire pudding wrap.

I remember when I lived in Lancashire there was a butcher who started to branch out and make breakfast rolls. By for the best brakfast rolls I've ever tasted, and nothing has ever come close. He used proper Butcher pork sausages, and Bacon, and local fresh eggs with really fresh barmcakes. It has been over 35 years, but I can still taste them now.

@@timshipman6395 Nah man, Barmcake all the way 😂. There seemed to be a time where who could bake the largest Barmcake, and who could make the most creative hot filled roll. I even tried a bacon and Pineapple Barmcake once and it actually tasted good. Although Maltese bread is quite good, it is not a patch on a good Barmcake or a Morton's morning roll.

Hi Lee, it is not just Leeds City Council it's the same where I live in Cardiff. The council has spent millions on bike lanes that are never used and now it's a struggle for buses to get down the roads as they aren't wide enough and the traffic is building up it's not good enough.

Wraps here in Australia are almost wafer thin! There would be NO way you would get all that into one. That looked absolutely delicious she says..as She sat drooling eating a nectarine and watching you devour that amazing Beast of a Breakfast wrap 😋 I think you are going to be disappointed with your Aussie breakfasts..Best you suss out some English restaurants before you come over!!

I've never seen this idea before, I was sort of expecting a breakfast in a yorkshire pudding. It all looked very nice albeit a bit fiddly with the plastic cutlery and paper plate, but everything looked great, nice sausages etc and I'm sure I'd enjoy it.

In Wigan the bike lanes are being used as miniature golf courses, with the potholes in the road as holes

Just found your channel, great to watch someone with common sense. On the window winders, I have young kids and after ruining my previous cars electric window winders by playing with them. I purposely got a car with manual wind up windows in the back. They don't play with them half as much, and they're less likely to break! 👍

Don't that Skoda Lee........ it will still be doing hundreds of thousands of miles after your Porche has been turned into fridge doors and washing machines with the dead batteries piled lobbed on the pile with the other batteries polluting the land whilst we work out what to do with all that waste lol

Chelmsford Council have put bus lanes in Brookfield rd , both sides, and you never see any bikes in it as the ride down the pavement, plus you have to cross the bike lane from the pavement to the bus stop…ps nothing wrong with your Barnet Jen and Ian xx

Councils can always find money for vanity projects supported by the councillors. But, when it comes to support for the homeless, the elderly, the vulnerable and people down on their luck, then 'the coffers are dry'. They're a bit like the Roman Catholic church, and Church of England .Rant over. Love the video Lee. Many congrats on getting to 97k subscribers. You've worked hard for that milestone!

Leeds a lovely city, shame they never got the transport system sorted. Similar to Norwich it’s just buses. Strange combo Yorkshire wrap with breakfast items. Thing is no one uses the bike lanes in Leeds. All the cyclists use the roads. Never seen anyone in them. My mate is a cyclist in Leeds and never uses them always uses the roads as the bike lanes are always full of gravel.

Looks a banger Lee. Personally I'd have gone bacon,sausage, mush, black pudding and brown sauce.

I believe from where you started, you could have got the blue-green Arriva bus number 229 - we saw it going into the city centre as you were walking to it. It’d only have cost you £2 (maximum).

If i can persuade Neil Oliver we can rock up at the council with the pitch forks and have a go about the cycle lanes! it'll be a bit of an adventure!

Cycle lanes, bus lanes and gates,etc,etc ..all part of what is to come in the future called the 15 minute cities ...it's already being introduced this year in Oxford and Canterbury..Derek and his mates up and down the country will crush motorists and be part of the complete control of residents...yes it is coming! Nice looking Yorkshire wrap though even though it was in the dirty city..not joking.😂 Drive 10 miles up the road on the best road out of Leeds ...you know the one which takes you to Bradford and do some curry tasting.. Onwards....😀
