This quick leg workout is perfect to do in the comfort of your own home. Nice day outside? You can do it in your yard or favorite park as well! Make sure you have an even surface to be stepping on and a timer, and you're ready to rock.
Each exercise can be done with or without weights. Pick a weight that is comfortable and doesn't sacrifice form or safety.
The exercises in this workout are each done for 1 minute:
- Squats
- 1 Leg Squats Right Side
- 1 Leg Squats Left Side
- Front Lunge into Back Lunge Right Side
- Front Lunge into Back Lunge Left Side
- Traverse Lunge into Curtsy Lunge Right Side
- Traverse Lunge into Curtsy Lunge Left Side

*So easy to use and so convenient! Awesome in space saving. However, due to its adjustable weight design, the length of the dumbell is always the same regardless of weight. (I.e. a regular 25 lbs dumbell is longer than a 10 lbs dumbell). But that really not a reason to shy away. Also kinda expensive.... but!!! Overall quality **bestgym.equipment** and ease of use and storage, you cant ask for a better dumbell.*
I just received my Bowflex 552's yesterday I'm ready for some good workouts
I like how quick the workouts r but effective. Doing them all 2gether is a really good workout without thinking bout the time.

I think if you do high rep usually it is :)
Give that dude less weight. He can't even squat a full rep.
