Thank you... yes they are awesome I think they help especially with bodyweight exercises that get easier so you can add a vest to make it harder

Watching you workout in fast motion reminds me of every time I try to do a workout video at home cause they move so darn fast and I'm always a beat behind trying my hardest to catch up , LOL! 😂

Hey Jake! Great VLOG series, enjoying it really much! :) The sound of the Sony Cam is much better to be honest but picture wise... Yes, the quality of the Canon is slightly better in my opinion. A little darker though. I have a specific question, maybe you could help me out. 2 years ago, I hurt my right shoulder pretty badly (front deltoid) while doing stretches with a gymnastic/stretch band. Something popped just in my right shoulder. First I tought it was the joint but the doctor said there is nothing wrong with it on the X-RAY pictures. So I tought maybe i just need some rest and light training for my shoulders. The pain vanished for some time but it keeps coming back over and over for 2 years now... cant really progress in my Handstand, Planche, Push up etc. work which is really frustrating... After a good dynamic stretch warm up und getting slowly into a skill or exercise it is okay, the pain is pretty low, I can still work out and exercise. But if I progress more and more in my workout, do more sets, reps, doing a more difficult variation of a movement the pain comes back like... really bad. I need to stop, thats how serious it is. Its pretty devastating for me because I really love to work out and train and the doctors I consultat till now, didnt really helped me out (maybe not specialized in such specific injuries?) Do you know someone or even encountred yourself such an injury? If yes, how did you managed it or rehabed ? Could you give me some advice maybe? I am pretty frustrated to be honest... :/ Thank you for your great work and videos ! Brandon and you are a real inspiration for me! :) Best regards, Tomek

yo dude nice workout and cool videos. It would be awesome if you made some more videos shedding light on gymnastics specific training. Things like elbow tendon preperation for back lever and planche and just more info on how gymnasts train in general and how a person who does not have a lifetime of prior gymnastics experience could train safely for some of he basic skills ( front lever, back lever, planche, etc..) There is just not much information out there all the info seems to stay in the gymnastics gym and doesnt reach the outside to often.
