BOAT LOSES PARTS FACING ROUGH WAVES AT HAULOVER INLET!! Boat Zone

Ойын-сауық

Haulover Inlet in Florida is a popular spot for experienced boaters seeking a thrill. Known for its challenging conditions and strong currents, the inlet connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway and is famous for its rough waves and strong winds, which can make boating hazardous. Despite the risks, many boaters are drawn to the inlet's challenging conditions and the opportunity to navigate through it.

I'm not an expert but I think he has a different trimming/angle of his engines compared to other boats...

Tri-toon Captain is doing it right. Ride the following swells. Don't try to bounce across the top.

Don't these people check the wave conditions and tide? These some of these boats are too small for such water. My back hurts watching this. Pontoon cap knew his stuff

I am convinced many boaters from Florida are half crazy, here in SoCal we would NEVER go out in those conditions unless at least for me if I was working.

From Oklahoma, again. I too, love the Hinckley. Beautiful boat. Heard the name, but had never seen one close. All the people in chairs on the north side watching for a calamity? Like a car race? There are some boats similar in design to the Lekker on Grand Lake of the Cherokees here in Oklahoma. Big lake, nice boats.

That Pontoon shouldn't even be out in this kind of chop. But i have to give to him riding those waves coming in those damn boats flood so easily. I think it's because of his skill and also proper weight distribution. Usually you see Pontoons with everyone in the front and that's the worst place you can be for a boat like that in huge surf. They just can't handle that.

Too bad you couldn't have gotten that Bentley pontoon going out. And it was nice to see the Hinkley. I have always wondered how they would handle decent ocean swells. I boat at Lake of the Ozarks and there are times where sections of it look a lot like Haulover out going tide.

Anyone going out Haulover on an outgoing tide better know what theyre doing and what theyre in for... wait for incoming tide and it will be flat.

the sad thing is that the waves are much smaller when youre closer to either side of the cut. The middle is the absolute worst. These skippers dont take the time to look were the calmer water is.
