    You know what my favorite part of these videos is? His fucking intensity. You can feel him grinding his teeth and pushing his every set to the ABSOLUTE maximum in every exercise and video. Love this guy and daddy Noel so much. I’ve gained 20+ pounds of muscle and moved around a lot of weight, and I have no intentions of slowing down what so ever. Hope all of you, silently getting your gains are staying strong. I’m proud of you, even if no one else is.

    Bicep soreness is a different type of soreness from the rest of the body.

    Aah. That was too much for you then. Decrease the volume. If you get soreness you worked out too much on it.

    @@a.garcha199 it’s true. And mostly from doing new exercises. Once your body adapts it you won’t have soreness. Soreness isn’t necessary for muscle growth.

    His physique is possible to be achieved naturally but it takes good genetics and body morphology.. This guy is an endomorph there for he naturally packs alot of muscle..

    This is unintentionally been my workout for biceps since I started working out. Alternating dumbbell curls, close grip 21, preacher hammer curls, but I also do sitting incline curls. People accuse me of steroids for my biceps.... This is the way right here. I've been doing this for 6 years and it's got people asking me what I do for biceps constantly

    1.Alt dumbbell curl 3-4 sets of 8-10 Rest 2 minutes 2. leaning dumbbell curls 2 sets of 10-12 Rest 2 minutes Close grip bar 1-2 sets of 21 Rest 2 minutes 3. Preacher hammers curl 2 sets of 12-15 Rest 1.5 minutes

    I do your 10 set bicep workout, 7 sets 10 normal curls light, 30 second rest 3 sets of closed grip vertical dumbel raise with both arms on one dumbell, its great ill try this to mix things up in a few week though !

    Those biceps at the 2nd workout tho. I personally really like EZ-preacher curls as a beginner, I really like the pump it gives while maintaining proper form.

    Damn, i see why he has such wide biceps... 90% of this is for the short (inner) head, while many focus on the long head for peaks. Short head not only adding width to the bicep but it also builds up the area where the bicep connects to the crease of your elbow.
