Bhastrika Pranayama for Energy and Freshness, ഭസ്ത്രിക പ്രാണായാമം

Bhastrika means 'bellows'. We use chest as bellows to have forceful inhalations and exhalations. Sit in meditative pose with spine erect. Relax the whole body and face with a smile. Inhale and exhale by expanding and compressing the chest vigorously like bellows. The speed of breathing should reach 120 strokes per minute when learnt fully. In the beginning, it could be slower. But concentrate on full inhalations and exhalations. Stop after 10 strokes. The breath stops automatically. Let it remain suspended as long as possible. Do not exert. Enjoy the cessation of breath and thereby let the breath stop longer and longer.

    എനിക്ക് 15 വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ഡിസ്ക്ക് പ്രോബ്ളം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു 5 വർഷങ്ങൾക്കു മുൻപ് ആൻജിയോ പ്ലാസ്റ്റി കഴിഞ്ഞതാണ് എനിക്ക് കഫാലഭാതി , ഭസ്ത്രക പ്രാണായാമം എന്നീ യോഗ ചെയ്യാമോ ഇപ്പോൾ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട് വീഡിയേ കണ്ടതിനു ശേഷമാണ് സംശയം വന്നത് ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത യോഗ ഏതൊക്കെയാണ്

    How many times we can do this.? I mean morning and in the evening, even at afternoon.... It is Very useful as I am allergic....

    ഞാൻ എല്ലാ ദിവസവും ഇത് ചെയുന്നുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ ഇരുപതു തവണ ഒരു റൗണ്ടിൽ ചെയുന്നുണ്ട്. അത് ഒരു പരിധി വരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണോ എന്ന് ഒരു സംശയം ഉണ്ടായിരിന്നു. അത് ഇപ്പോൾ മാറി. ഒരു റൗണ്ടിൽ പത്തു തവണ കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ അറുപത്തി മൂന്ന് വയസ്സ് ആയി. വളരെ സരളമായി വിശദികരിച്ചൂ എല്ലാ കാര്യങ്ങളും. ഇൻഹെയ്ല ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഉപ്പൂറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും അല്പം മുകളിൽ പോകാറുണ്ട്. അത് ശരിയായ രീതി ആണോ. ഒന്ന് വിശദികരിച്ചാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു. നന്ദി.
