    Hi mam. Daily 2times yoga cheyyano? Njan oru nurse anu. Continues night shift anu dty. So evng cheyyunthu kondu any pbm? KZread videos kandu padichhu cheyyunnthanu. Suryanamaskaar, mandukadanam, sasakasanam, vagrasanam, bhastrika, nadishudhi paransyama, kapalabhati ellam try cheyyarundu. So ithintae correct order onnu paranjutharamo? Can I drink water in between yoga? Please reply as soon as possible mam. Thank you in advance.

    യാദൃച്ഛികമായാണ് മാഡത്തിന്റെ ചാനൽ കിട്ടിയത്.... കുറെ ഇഷ്ടമായി... കുറച്ചു പ്രായമായവർക്ക് ചെയ്യാനും.. അതിലൂടെ മാനസികവും ശരീരികവും ആയ ആശ്വാസം കിട്ടാനും ഉള്ള ചെറിയ വീഡിയോകൾ ഇടാൻ പറ്റുമോ.( ഉദാഹരണം മുട്ട് വേദന യുടെ യോഗ) നല്ല ആശ്വാസം കിട്ടി..... നല്ല അവതരണം... നല്ല ശബ്ദം... എനിക്ക് വാത്തതിന്റ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ട്... കാലുകൾ പണിമുടക്കി തുടങ്ങി...60 yrs ഉണ്ട്... ഞങ്ങളുട age നു പറ്റുന്ന യോഗ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു... എന്തായാലും.. കുട്ടിക്ക് എല്ലാ നന്മകളും ഉണ്ടാവാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു ❤❤

    Hi Archana..if you are doing jumping or intense practice of yoga asanas, it is better to use sports bra for support, otherwise for gentle stretches and breathing practices regular bra is enough 🙏

    I have started yoga with you, I find it very useful, I am around ten months post c section, is it ok to do leg raising

    It can be due to the BP variation. In Shashankasana or forward bending, blood flow increases to head and person with high bp can cause headache. Also if there is a history of migraine, it can be a reason. So please avoid bending more and look straight in front while bending forward. 🙏🙏
