    Bro I am a cricket athlete I am 16 yrs old and just one que. that I am a bit confuse about leg training at home as gyms and all that stuff is still closed in India and one thing that can you just give a template for leg training at home and an effective workout split for athletes at home and tips on how to implement agility;acceleration,speed,plyos,etc in training.And a video on agility and acceleration progressions. Pls help me as a coach. Thank you 👍.

    Awesome video! I'm 15 and play soccer and i'm training Every day both soccer training in the gym. I'm doing push pull legs right now, IS That good or should i do a full body workout program?

    If you are in the gym everyday push pull legs is great, you can also do an upper lower split. But if you want to go to the gym everyday full body isn't optimal. Full body splits are great if you are going 3-4 times a week or less.

    I would suggest upper/lower or 3 day full body split because you want to train with the ball more and get more technical.

    My son is almost 9 I think he does to much but he loves sports. He boxes he plays soccer he plays basketball and plays football. I just don’t want him to get burnt out
