Bro, this is one of your best videos. It gives an inside look on how you actually run a training session. Showing how to communicate corrections to the client, then encouraging them once they make it, is very important. It helps that you've shown a lot of these drills and techniques in previous videos, because you were able to go through a lot of different stuff in one video. Also, showing how one little adjustment in form or technique can instantly make you better and/or more efficient is very important. When we make it clear to the client that we can help them improve it gives them more trust in us. Good stuff, man. Keep more of these coming, maybe including football and basketball sessions, too.

its all about the attention to detail. only a coach or training partner can do this for you. unless, u do everything in front of a mirror or video record your sessions and watch them back...lol

I love how you let your workouts speak for themselves and don't throw out names for views. You could've easily said the professionals name in this video for views and you didn't. You also have Bo Bichette in many of your videos. He's a top 10 MLB prospect and probably a future all star and you just treat him like a normal guy. It's just something you gotta respect

Great videos and adjustments! I've noticed baseball players often run flapping their forearms from their elbows like this. I think as athletes we often absorb physical traits from our specific sports' heroes, even unconsciously, and end up with a handful of bad habits that accompany the good. I'm sure these young men were so grateful for this training! Great work by you and them!

guess I should of worded it better, or explained more. I got hired on in the middle of the season. Most of the kids have not had much experience strength training so those 2 factors together make it tough to introduce strength training at the time I got hired. I know the importance of strength for speed and power development. But, at the time, technique had to be my main focus under the circumstances. Now the season is over and I'm working on the development of strength and a basic understanding of the fundamentals they require.

Yo chris quick question. How you think top speed mechanics and acceleration mechanics should be implemented in basketball, you know sometimes you cant be at a 45 angle cause you going to stop for a pull up or you cant tuck your chin up, and also you really never get into a proper top speed cycle. Thougths on this?
