    A lot of us just work out to feel and look healthy. Not everyone is and wants to be an actual athlete and that's perfectly fine.

    @@errolpaul8043 Keep in mind too that almost all pro/serious athletes have their own personal trainers. They really have no need to search for or even be interested in the kind of vids OTA produces.

    I can't find those bench boards (used at 13:15) anywhere around me and shipping from amazon is a pain... Would you recommend making one myself (I would use sturdy wood) or is it dangerous?
