Back Attack - Individual Event 3 Live Stream | 2022 Rogue Invitational

Спорт

Full stream of Event 3 from the Men's and Women’s Individual competitions at the 2022 Rogue Invitational in Round Rock, TX. Held on Friday, October 28, “Back Attack,” presented by NOBULL, was a great showcase for some of the biggest names in the sport (Medeiros, Adler, Vellner, Lawson, Saunders), but it was also a chance for Nick Mathew and Laura Horvath to turn the tide after slow starts in the first two events.
Back Attack:
5-4-3-2-1
Back Squat from rack (405 LB men / 275 LB women)
25-20-15-10-5
Box Jump over (24/20)
You can follow more of the 2022 Rogue Invitational, including live streams, leaderboards, and full workout schedules at www.roguefitness.com/invitati...

My point of view (no hate or something like that, just what I realized also in the past streams): Would be thankful/great if they show the rest of the field how they fight for making some ground, instead of showing how they do handshakes in front. Or maybe a screen in screen or something like that. Thank you guys. Always nice to watch and keep going.

Squatting a weight that should be easy for them when fresh, is used to test how conditioned their strength is when tired. They are trained athletes. Box jumps and squats are quite functional.
