Lmaoo this is basically on par with the level of quality of the actual games, even brought on the classic announcers

Best part was watching the Legends. Really enjoyed watching some of my favorite athletes back on the field again.

Iv noticed when Cole Sager and Noah Olsen finish before other athletes, you always see them out cheering and pushing on the other guys. Great sportsmanship!

@26:33, Crossfit Balance has one of their girls get her hand caught up in the wheel when they run over the goruck sign. She toughed it out and finished the event. That's heart.

Yeah, man. She lacerated it and broke it! You can see her hands all bloody when she came back in. Her sub was amazing though.

yea because its a military style movement and when we ruck you have all the heavy stuff high up in the ruck. then the ruck is up and high on the shoulders and makes rucking much easier then having all the heavy weight beating up your lower back and causing injuries..

eddy Yep! Nothing like criticizing the winning team’s strategy all the way to the finish line, and criticizing them some more after their victory. It was obvious to everybody but the one announcer that this was the winning strategy. Jeepers!

coming from somebody who has had to ruck with full gear on and also carrying another soldier on a litter, the first group has the strategy down. Staggering when the new person comes in to relieve the other is like a blessing! It sucks but as soon as everybody is yelling at each other, it only becomes harder.

Great ! I don't know why they have to sign something at the end of the race, when they are exhausted. This is a bit... ridiculous to see... And a bit of shade at the end for these great athletes, please! ;)

WOW! WOW! Rope climb with 30lbs on your back. Build your own cart! Fill it with over 200lbs and run a mile! Then drag the weight across the finish line. With 30lbs on your back! WUT?!! I will never complain about Burpees again.

The men didn't run down the line and around and back again before starting their run from the rope climb but they made sure all the women did 🤔😅

They are testing their ability to think and function as a team. Its a great test to see how you can function because being a part of a team is more than just lifting heavy weights.

Mason Askew I am an advocate of CrossFit and truly believe it represents the fittest. But you be serious if you think building a cart represents fitness. Maybe this year at the games they will have to make their own barbells prior to lifting. Because it shows craftsmanship.
