Your vids are excellent. The tech stuff is really thorough and easily understood- most technical people cannot do that. Plus the human side is so typical of what a total dilbert (like me) goes through - terror, anxiety, frustration, then huge relief at not fooking it all up. Thank You for showing that.

Mobilfluid 424 is the factory fill, available at 7-11 petrol stations alongside with engine oils. It's a type of universal tractor oil, and it's also used in some other Ford power steering systems.

That was entertaining.Havent got around to putting it in yet,but got a Mackey or Mackay HP hose to go in.Its got the revised connection that screws into the PS pump.Dont know if Kelpro does, but on the OEM ones are quite common to leak where it goes into pump.Good on you Tangles for making another stella clip,HaHa,abit of fun, glad you figured it out,Thanks.

Yeah I know of this revision, not entirely sure where the old one leaks, probably that though. It lasted 140000kms so I assume the Kelpro will be similar and by then it will be run in at least lol.

I literally did all this 4 days ago on skid car mine was 2 bend on the hp lines then put new slotted brake rotors on the front n new pads new brake booster and mastercylinder. Then bled the system. And the only pain in the ASS i had is the stupid spot the high pressure line goes to on steering rack i had to use a uni spanner were the head of spanner can mover up or down tfor the tight spot it in

Just did a steer pump swap on the missus Territory. Didn’t have the froth but sure had the sound. Second guessed myself about it so I looked up bleeding a power steer system and ended up watching you start her up as I let mine run for a bit. @@lk8300 in my case, it took a while foe the last of the air to bleed out, I would get a little bit of shudder on high lock angles. But I didn't have turbo Esk noises, which makes me think it's not pump direct, and may be another issue. So yeah double check the install.
