I love #Baking Makhania Biscuits with Masala chai and perfect while traveling as well. For my 26 days long trip to Argentina Antarctica, I decided to make variety of my favorite flavored biscuits to satisfy my crave while I am going to miss my home cooked yummy food.
These biscuits are commonly made in my community during big get together such as wedding or reunions and so on..
You can use any ready mixed pancake flour but for some reason the Pioneer brand Buttermilk pancake flour mix makes the best biscuits so do try out.

Hello Bhavna, In this recipe of biscuits, you have used pancake flour. I was wondering, Can all purpose flour work? It does hace baking soda as well as soda by carb in it.

Hi Bhavna, the video says 400F, but in the comments it says 350F. I put in 400 in bottom rack, it got burned. Advice me the right temp, time and rack position. The flour after mixing tasted so well, but feels bad for burning it. Help me

Bhavna's Kitchen & Living thanks for the recipe Bhavna. In the video you said bake at 400 F for 15 mins then 170 F for 2-3 hours but your comment here says different temperatures? Can you please clarify? Thanks a lot. Keep up the good work.
I tried makhaniya biscuits, they come out so nice, even after cooling down they are super crispy from outside but from very middle of the biscuits it looks bit raw and soft :(( What did I do wrong.

Depends on the recipe but if the biscuit is soft inside after baking 15-20 mins, allow it to bake on low till crispy.

Flour is salty but if needed, salt can be added

It's because pancake mix comes up with its own salt, sugar, baking soda etc.
The flour is not readily available every where.....
