Ingredients :-
1) 1 cup Maida ( 125gm )
2) 1 cup Wheat flour ( 125gm )
3) 2 Tbsp Ravo (semolina)
4) 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter (Home made)
(can we use salted butter)( 150gm )
5) 1/4 cup Desi Ghee ( 50gm )
6) 2 Tbsp Curd (Dahi)
7) 1 tsp Sahi jeera (can we use regular Jeera)
8) 1 tsp Baking powder
9) 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
10) Salt as taste

I love makhaniya biscuits. I must try this recipe. I did make this few years back as well and they turned out great, I can’t remember which recipe I followed.
I am from Pakistan and understand each and every word and first of all enjoyed my mother language which I cant speak but understand. Ill make these soon
