Ingredients:
- 110gm Unsalted Butter
- 15gm Pure Ghee
- 1tsp Castor Sugar
- 100gm Refined Flour
- 100 gm Wheat Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 20gm Semolina (Rawa)
- ½ + ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 1tsp Sahi Jeera
- 30gm Curd
Bake at 160°C for 15 to 20 Minutes

    First of all shah jeera is used in surti jeera biscuit (farmasu or makhania). Simple kitchen jeera is not used. Secondly to attain the same typical taste you need to use vegatable oil with pure ghee.
