Butter250 gm,350gms margarine,mix well on kitchen platform.,20gm salt,Lil milk.mix well.150 GM pwr sugar.mix well.20 GM custurd pwr,50gm milk pwr,4gm cardamom pwrtotal milk60gm.700gm maida.dono haat se mix karna.maida sprinkle karke dough ko roll karke dabakar square or rectangular shape dena.belan ko ghumao.bahot jyada patla belna nahi.biscuit cutter se cut karna.120gm ilk pwr+300gm water.mix well.. biscuit par doodh se nehlana.charo taraf ghuma Dena.biscuit bheeg Jana chahiye.remaining doodh ko nikal dena.170 degree Mai 19 minute
