    Hi Bhavna, i came here to ask you, i made vadi again today but the weather is not so hot or sunny outside so is there any other way i can dry them? Can i not roast them in oven on a very low temperature for long time?

    You can dry them indoor under good vent and when sunny again, finish drying under sun
