The moment I saw Bertebiev in the amateurs I realized this guy was one of my favorite fighters. They robbed him so many times in the amateur fights and even gave his opponents 2 points for a punch just so he can lose. This is why Bertebiev made a vowel to knockout all his opponents in professional fights after what they did to him in the amateurs.

I absolutely agree, I love the way he angles his punches, And unlike George foreman, Beterbiev isn’t naturally strong, He uses his feet and hody twists to gain all of that power, George foreman is on record for 1.3k lbs of pressure Beterbiev has 1k, Pretty damn impressive, Like I said the way he twists his body, His feet, and the way he angles his punches and opponents is crazy, Although he looks slow he’s very good with angles, I like this guy and I think he beats everyone at 175.

From what I've seen on Beterbiev, he is like Pacquiao, a pressure fighter who will beat them up, weaken their will and body, and get them set up for the KO. Or like Oleksandr Khyzniak (Ukraine, Olympics), all-pressure and seemingly invincible, but got timed just once when it came to the gold medal match.

He's not much for skills, does he challenge the Champions? a skilled fighter will easily beat him, if they don't get caught... take Bivol for instance. Canelo's problem is he thinks he's bigger than he is, he could beat Beterbiev, it would be a great fight and one that might make him retire. I would love to see Beterbiev vs Bivol same height both 6’0” Beterbiev has a 73” reach while Bivol’s if 72”. Big difference is Bivol is 32 years of age and Beterbiev is 38 so hopefully they fight next year but there birthday’s are almost a month apart to the date so they’ll each be a year older but I think the 39 year old would have more wear and tear. Only thing I can say is Bivol actually has more professional fights than Beterbiev 21 to 19 but Beterbiev is 19-0 with 19 KOs Bivol 21-0 with 11 KOs that shows me Beterbiev has more power both has tremendous power on there jabs. Both are superior olympians Beterbiev winning Four gold medals & one silver medal. While Bivol has won six gold medals one silver and one bronze. Bivol is 268-15 as a amateur and Beterbiev is 96-10 with 24 KOs. I think what makes Bivol so good is he uses his rhythm, staying out of range and keeping himself in the center of the ring he is skilled at resetting himself to retake control of the center ring and using feints and jabs to frustrate and create openings for his own shots. Beterbiev on the other hand is so good because he shrinks the ring he shuts that distance down so that would be a test for Bivol because Beterbiev cuts that ring off the way he moves his feet the single shots he throws are all designed to suffocate his opponent. While many boxers have the greatest force at the end of their punches, Beterbiev hits the hardest from a mid-range he often throws short punches that holds immense power.

Artur is a beast

Beterbiev has those constant punches in bunches. And it seem like in the later rounds is where you get overwhelmed. No matter what all his fight or most of his fights end in tko by round 10-12. Its not the power its constant punches and it gets to people when its still coming in round 10-12. This guy is something else with his endurance 🤦🏾‍♂️

Artur's jabs sound like power punches

Just like with many great fighters, a substantial part of his success comes from his ability to effortlessly shift stances mid combo. combine that with his constant punching and pressure and that's how he's able to maul people so effectively (aside from just being made of iron). You'll notice some of his best shots are unexpected because Artur will be in orthodox and his opponent steps back not expecting Artur to step with him, shift stances and suddenly nail him with a left cross. He does it constantly but a perfect example is at 14:39

@@1man1bike1road I'm right. Murat Gassiev, Mairis Briedis, Michael Hunter, Tony Bellew, Derek Chisora, and Anthony Joshua all beat Beterbiev. They all punch harder than Beterbiev, except Hunter, who's more of a boxer, and none of them could hurt Usyk. Amateur Usyk beat Beterbiev twice. Skinny, weak amateur Usyk. Cruiserweight Usyk wins a lopsided decision or gets a late stoppage. Heavyweight Usyk gets a mid-rounds stoppage.

Bivol is a better boxer....but this guy is a machine. Maybe too much power for even him.
