i took one of my sparks into the dealer that I bought them from for a fuel sensor check. When I got it back, the fenders were dinged up and then when I went to take the ski out. The idiots didnt screw the fuel neck back into the top of the hull. Now Im proficient at working on these awesome machines. Stealerships don't care about your machine.

Happy to see you back at it! Hopefully they treat you right on the hull replacement! I look forward to more mods. I'm planning to do similar mods on my trixx in the future as well.

Great video- I have a 2020 Spark 3up and it's been flawless so far (only 17 hours). I haven't had any water come in through the hull yet. I also sprayed down the engine with Fluid Film to prevent corrosion (I'm on a fresh water lake).

You take the top everytime you bring it in or just like once a year

@@ckkendrick7861 Why? I can change the oil and filter and pull the battery without taking the top deck off. When I need to replace the spark plugs I'll pull the deck.

Sorry man had my brand new 2020 Trixx out first time today. Love it. It’s a bit unstable trying to get on but once your on its cool. My mods are RIVA intake, throttle spacer, RIVA free flow exhaust, bilge pump, stock sea doo depth finder, stock Sea-Doo 12v glove box adapter, side bumpers, Linq kit with all Linq accessories, RIVA top loader intake grate, RIVA stainless deck washers, RIVA stainless wear ring, RIVA sponsons, and just ordered Sea-Doo bigger comfort seat, i highly recommend amazing seat! I plan to break it in and then pop on 12/14, and tune. Speed without tune today i was hitting 52 in rough river water.

I loved your vids it made my buy mine in march but the dealer broke it so i had to wait two months during lockdown until i could get a replacement, so all last weekend i had it apart and was installing all my upgrades.

Sorry forgot to mention i have the front bin, and also the mirrors and RF DESS security key because you can apparently start the ski with a magnet.

@@jseaber oh man! sorry to hear you had issues too. You seem to have done a ton of work there. i'm glad you love the spark trixx man, so do i. great machine for what it is, totally unique and versatile. keep in mind, what matters most is that you're having fun :)

Has yours had the modified crank installed? If not, you will have another issue when the teflon coating wears off the crank boss. Also make sure that the engine alignment is set properly, otherwise your PTO will strip again soon.

What was the outcome with the dealer?

Hey mate is there a noticeable difference with ribbon delete and cold air intake? Or it's best to do that when you get a tune

na, tune and impeller is your best bet. very small differences otherwise, might mean the world to some people but didn't really mean too much to me. performance was negligible

@@DragantanWoW none, they were aware of my videos lol. if you are worried you can remove them, though. they don't care about the wear ring / impeller though

Nothing wrong with salt water, you just need to wash and spray with right stuff when your done. I've done 198 hours on salt water, I've cracked hulls nearly sunk it 2 times, you pill the top off mine it looks brandnew still

As soon as I head “pulling the top off a trixx is not easy” I knew you didn’t have a clue. Pulling the top off is actually easier incredibly

lol, you clearly misheard what I said was difficult about it. it IS difficult without two people or a hoist.

5 minute fix or haul it to the dealer, then pick it back up, plus downtime. fix it and move on.
