Hi there 🙂 Thanks for your comment! We're sorry to hear our exercises haven't helped you so far. Have you repeated them daily for at least 2 mins per exercise phase? 🙂 It's also important to use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide when pressing, rolling, or performing our exercises. You will get the best results if you work at a level eight or nine, which is when you feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up. Please continue to practise regularly, so you can help yourself naturally and sutainably. 💪 Sometimes it just takes a bit more time, so don't be discouraged but keep on trying! As a precaution, you should always consult a doctor to get a medical examination. 🙏 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

You sir, are an absolute gentleman and a scholar. After one year of non-stop 24/7 heart burn, it’s gone after doing the exhaling exercise for one day. Had dinner last night and expected acid to surge up and it didn’t. Woke up at night and the sweet feeling of not having throat burn was unbelievable. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!! Will study all your videos - your channel will be my go to place for the rest of my life! Thank you 🙏

Hi Lean! 🙂 Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we can't provide you any help to cure this syndrome in particular. 🙏 But our exercises for heartburn and acid reflux may also help with stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation since they relax your tense diaphragm that can also impact neighbouring processes, such as your digestive system. 🙂 Please learn more about it in this detailed and informative article on heartburn. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Did you know that your diet and even mental things, like too much stress, can be a huge factor, too? I don't usually leave comments, but for this I just had to! I have suffered from reflux for years. Countless doctor visits and medications, none of which have fixed the problem or given me much relief. The exercises in this video helped from the first time I tried them. I almost cried with the relief I felt! No more waking from the burning pain!! Thank you so much for sharing this and for helping with my struggles! It is amazing how much this has changed my life, even after just a few days.

Hi Shalini! 🙂 Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we can't predict how many days it will take until you get some relief, because this depends on individual factors, such as the extent of your muscular-fascial tensions. Usually, it's common to see fast results. But sometimes it can also take some time, so therefore please be patient and practise regularly for best results. Hold each exercise phase for at least 2 mins. 💪 Give them a try, practise daily and let us know how they helped you! Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

Just one very important tip to avoid hurting yourself: please always use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide when pressing, rolling, or performing stretches. Hi doctor, i often have palpitations and I was diagnosed with GERD. I am worried because I thought I have a heart failure or heart attack. But I had 3 times Chest Xray and ECG and the results was normal. I went to a doctor for a check up coz I`m suffering heartburn every night and couldn`t sleep properly. He prescribed me with anti-reflux and for ulcer. It somehow relieved me from my symptoms but I`m worried that my GERD will comeback. How can I treat it permanently? I am just 19 years old. And it causes me a lot of trouble in my everyday life.

Hi Vince! 🙂 Thanks for getting in touch and sharing your experience with us! 🙏 We're sorry to hear you've been suffering from these terrible symptoms - they're just not nice! 😞 But therefore, it's great you found our exercises that can treat the actual cause of your problem, so you have the chance of getting rid of your pain permanently. 💪🙂 Although it's natural to turn to acid blockers and other medications, they often have side effects and don't help to solve the underlying cause, so your symptoms are only masked and you won't get pain relief in the long run. Our pain therapy instead focuses on releasing the muscular-fascial tension in your body, especially in your frontal body structures and your diaphragm, that cause your heartburn, reflux & tight chest feeling, which also made you think you're having a heart attack. In our article on heartburn you'll get more detailed information on how your pain is caused and how our pain therapy works. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Give it a read and start exercising right away! By exercising regularly, you can relax your chest and diaphragm and relieve your pain step by step, so eventually you should be able to reduce or even get rid of your suffering. 🙂🙌 Please remember to practise daily for real results and keep us updated on how you get on and how you feel! We look forward to hearing your results! Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

Hi there 🙂 Thanks for getting in touch! We're sorry to hear the breathing technique hasn't worked as much as for other people here. Have you repeated it a few times in a row to relax your chest muscles and diaphragm? We also recommend doing it at least once a day on six days a week for best results. The more regularly you do these exercises, the more effective they will be! Our mini massage ball has a diameter of 72mm (about 3 inches). 🙂 You can find more detailed product information on the foam roller set in our online shop. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-foamroll Check it out and if you have any questions, please let us know! Thanks for sharing your experience with us. 🙏 To properly assess the intensity of the exercise, please always use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide when pressing, rolling, or performing stretches. You will get the best results if you always work at a level eight or nine. Nine means: You feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up. This applies to all exercises! 🙂 You'll get further information on this pain scale and how to perform our exercises correctly in our five pillars of practice (at the bottom of this article). 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-reflux Best wishes Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht
