As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers kzread.infoUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!
Imagine my delight, when suddenly, while searching for foam roller stretches for beginners, I discovered my spirit animals, Bob and Brad. Not only was the video super helpful with the multiple angles and actual spine (how cool) but I just like the vibe. Down to earth, funny, considerate of my time and super helpful. Also you have helped spread the important message of NOT rolling your package. Lol Thanks guys!
I swear this channel gets better over time. 👍👍👍

Love this back problems guide, MyBackPain7.blogspot.com I had been just a little uncertain but tried it yesterday and woke up with a more relaxed back. Considering that I am happy with the final results, Also I sent the guide to my mom and father. I was advised that they can`t imagine how good maybe it was. @@davidsantacruz7077 No, he's moving it in the right direction, but he is not holding the spine at an angle to make what is happening clear. A tight hip flexor will cause a greater sway in the lower back, as his spine model demonstrates, but a person would be in a weird position if their spine was in the position he is holding it in.
I did the mid back and I had some good pops like from a chiropractor.

All day, everyday! And @karen lamb, same; idk how many times I've recommended their channel and sang the song. It's one that will stick with you forever, like Empire Carpet from northern Illinois (588-2300, EMPIIIIIIIRE); props to their jingle writer.
@eanymeanyminymo

Omg I'm not the only one who sings and hums it. It's such an awful basic cheesy jingle, it's so bad that the first few times I'd heard it I laughed and cringed. After a few years it still amuses me. It's SO EFFECTIVE and to the point. Just sing the title!" It's hilarious. It's brilliant stuff.
What I do on my foam roller is the same but then I also tuck my chin in and then roll my head forwards and my cervical bones crack, crack, crack and it is awesome! It feels great after a long day!
You guys are hilarious. I enjoyed every minute, quite the team.
I have too use a roll under my lower back. It's the only way to relive the pain. I have arthritis from the tail bone all the way to mid back. Actually I use the end of the bed and mattress, feet on the floor with a roll and have too have the pressure pushing upwards while slightly twisting my hips. I feel the hurt so good pain and feel the crunching and popping. When I'm done I feel like a new man and it last for days. I know you say not to do this, but man it works for me and I've tried all kinds of things to relive the pain.
Can you please do a video about winged scapula?!

I've been in the fitness industry for 20 years. I wish we had physical therapists like Bob & Brad near me.
Love Bob &Brad . Matt the Pilates teacher.
Firstly, incredibly informative, thank you. Secondly, you guys are the living emobodiment of the moose brothers from Brother Bear, and it makes me so happy.
First of all, love watching you guys. I couldn't use the foam roller with my sciatica at the beginning as I found it too hard and uncomfortable. One thing I tried at the beginning and it worked wonderfully is a Pool Noodle. I was able to just lean against it on the wall and push that way. Plus the advantage is the pool noodle won't scratch the wall. Imoprtant note, though, is to use the ones that don't have a hole going trough it.

Channel rollers are way better My favorite is the trigger point channell roller and the triggerpoint universal I like the chirp, but they're not wide enough. I want to try the rollga, the stealth align, hella roller and the ultra roller Seriously a channell roller will change your life

Awesomeness! Since I have a lower back injury
You guys are killing it!
Yeah you guys are truly awesome!
Much love ! Thank you for helping.
Your exercises have helped my back a lot!
At work one day I talked to ex-EMT co-worker telling him my leg was pretty numb and felt weird. He said loosen your belt but it didn't quite work. Then he pushed against the outside of my leg by my hip and said it's tight go buy a foam roller and explained what to do. Sure enough it was quite uncomfortable but not painful. Boy after doing it a lot in the tight areas it felt way better no numbness. He said that gets tight on him to. $14 to solve that problem. Now I used it on my back issues and they go away for a few hours. Best money I spent!
