    I did this stretch once and I felt ear fullness right at the end. My ringing was greatly reduced the next day! I am doing it again for the second time. Its really so interesting how these stretches work!

    I have AVN 3rd stage and lateral pelvic tilt too.. can I practice this exercise? actually I tried but I was unable to move my legs in opposite directions 😒. do reply sir should I try it slowly?

    Hi. Are these exercises enough if one chest is working harder than the other during exercises - push ups,bench press etc? Recently started to feel some imbalance in the upper chest-outer chest , specifically tender and tight. No injury,but forcefully go through reps if i go on as if the upper chest is gonna explode. Currently giving it a break for chest training so i dont impair things. Would you recommend any other exercises to fix that issue along with these if are appropriate for the case,thanks.

    The second half od the video was quite unclear. it seems that instructions were spliced out before the cervical neck exercise, or I missed something. I watched it twice and really had no idea what the exercise actually was. What position is the neck supposed to be in? If the head is tilted back, how does one tuck in their chin?

    3 years ago, Someone pressed near the little toe of my foot with his shoe's tip for 40 minutes in a zigzag way , due to which the mass(muscle and nerve) of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot, it is not getting better even after doing many treatments, please tell its treatment.

    Oh man! 3:30 AM in morning heartburn felt like lot acid reflux in chest and unbearable pain. It’s 4 AM just trying home remedies, 4:25 show your video , 4:34 going to sleep with all pain gone. Thank you 🙏🏻

    one thing i do to stop a leg cramp is stand up, it seems to be my right leg that cramps in the middle of the night. since the floor in my home is tile, i put my foot on a cold surface and i can feel the cramp ease up an stop completely usually within 20 or 30 seconds.

    Thankyou soooo much.I am 14 year's old, and i have been suffering with this from 2-3 year's.And I can't tell how i feel i just wanna throw up.When i eat oily or too much spicy food my heart start's to burn really bad.I have been taking medicine's but nothing worked.I can't even tell how thankful I'am to you.😭🙏🏻❤️

    When I was a child my arches were so high that some types of shoes didn't fit. Now they're flat.
