Thanks for watching. Be sure you are keeping your core tight to keep your spine as straight as possible. One of the best indicators is if you start to feel any strain or pain in your spine

How many days a week do I need to train my core as a beginner. I am a middle aged man trying to get in better shape . It a good workout I feel it in my core

Maybe 2-3 times a week I think would be a good start.
You have to crunch your stomach while doing it.

Lots of hip movement while rolling back in, that way i'll do 50 reps! Takes away half the work for your core! Please watch other movies People cuz you'll screw your back!

livin paradise No, you’re supposed to do rollouts with a posterior tilt of the pelvis to better engage the abdominal muscles and save the lumbar spine. What are you saying?
