Long testimony, its been 2 years I was diagnosed with bile in my stomach (endoscopy) my treatment and the only existing treatment is sucralfate for that. After 1 year of treatment my symptoms were gone and I was free from that. I always got reflux sometimes but not as severe as it was. But I got other issues with health so I was on cortisone + medication ( antibiotics) for 6 months ( i stopped last week) This completely ruin my stomach even when i took omeoprazole or my bile medication. When I tell you I did theses exercices 10 min morning and 10 min night, I wanted to cry because I could finally breath, my bloating was reduce and I didnt felt nauseous. Theses exercices are fire I cant believe that I had suffer so much with GERD and this was the solution. I am planning to include that into my workout routines and at night before bed. You are a life saver I cant thank you enough for that ❤

Horrible technique, the elbow is all over the place because it's too heavy for her. You're supposed to keep still in one spot. Standing dumbell curls are the best with your elbows pined to your side, no bullshit movement.

I'm new to the gym so please forgive my ignorance. But this routine seems like it would take less than 20 minutes to complete, not counting the time between sets. So would doing this 20 minute routine 3 times per week get one 'jacked'? If so, why are there guys that spend hours (like 8 or 9) per day every day in the gym?

I’m 6’5 and I’ve been following this ecto endo diet consisting of regularly eating steak some chicken and egg whites. I’m not sure if I’m filling the right diet to gain mass. I’m tired of my skinny arms and skinny fat looking body. Sent me a good diet to follow please!

Id like to try this workout out. Inhave adjustable dumbells that go from 10-90. My question is what would you recommend my set and rep ranges be, 4 sets of 10 reps per excersice?

Good demo! I would touch on glute engagement when rolling out to protect the low back. Also, touch on protecting the wrist as Coach Alex rolls out, I like to tell clients "knuckles to the floor". This keeps wrists strong throughout movement.
