    @Criticalbench thanks for the vid! I have a question tho. I’m skinny guy with an insanely high metabolism, and I’m trying to gain muscle to pass the MEPS minimum weight limit for my body type. Do you have any tips?

    how old are you, I had similar thing when was young but after 25 metabolism changed drastically
