    Was looking for a bench for hyper back extensions, sit ups, and flat bench. kzread.infoUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N Was about to buy a similar product from other manufacturer when I saw this one for less. Glad I chose this one, as it's very solid/stable, no movement whatsoever. Incline is easy to adjust as well. As others have said the plastic foot pads are a poor design as they are not attached. Also like others, I think it should be a few inches longer for a flat bench, but it's workable. Assembly instructions were poor, with one step being completely and obviously incorrect. I did get a communication from the seller that there were new instructions, but I had already assembled it. Overall it's a great buy, very happy with it.

    day 115 of my life change and I've lost 31 pounds. There has been a 6 pack ab sighting, that has been absent for about 15 years. Still doing this 5 days a week. Glad I found this. Oh, incidentally, my wife joined me and has also lost 31 pounds.

    @@milesmorales6421 I do this once a day, but I’m sure you can do it more. Changing how you eat also helps. I also did one other exercise routine. A 20 minute dry skate.

    I started doing this workout in 2019. I got lazy and quit when COVID hit and started gaining weight (again). On December 19th of 2022 I weighed 188 lbs (I'm 5'6" tall), and felt miserable. I started doing a dumbell workout (also from Critical Bench) and again started this abs routine. I also went on a one meal a day (OMAD) routine as well. I now do this routine 4 times in a row (40 minutes) five days a week and will not quit. Yesterday I weighed 149.4lbs, and, at 69 years old, for the first time in my life, I can SEE my abdominal muscles. I have taken all my dress clothes (pants and sport coats alike) back to the tailor so they fit again. Thank you, Coach Brian. I look forward to working out with you each day.

    Thank you for this workout. I am 58 and as of August 1 began ab focus on working out including improved dietary. Already a regular exerciser but just not losing weight so changing up program. This standing ab routine i like a lot. I get vertigo nausea symptoms doing on floor on my back routine have neck issues so needed this i get no ill effect from this routine. So have not yet got super weight loss but a couple pounds and already feel like stomach size going down. Will keep doing again thank you.

    I just want to say thank you for this workout. I do a lot of floor work trying to get decent abs. I have been trying for so long to find a good standing ab routine. Yours is awesome I really enjoy it. I am doing it daily with my other routines and I know it will help.     hi, when do you usually do this excercise? im an office worker doing 9hrs shift daily. i want to excercise and trim down my tummy. but i dont know when should i do it. is it okay to do it before eating dinner or after?

    @@iamjpb1375 usually right after work. I myself do 9 hour days in a mill. I hit it right when I get home so I still have my blood flowing from work . I high impact stuff as much as i can in 45 mins because I'm always short on time.

    @@iamjpb1375 if you do it after you eat wait a couple hours for your food to digest. And avoid fried. Fatty foods that'll make you bloat .

    This is my favorite workout video on KZread. A straight forward, simple video with good lighting, clear labels and an on-screen timer.     LUV THIS! At home couch covid qt'ing , awaiting total hip replacement. This helped me work my core without too much stress on those hip joints. I will make this part of my routine until I can get back on the surgery schedule!

    Great , I'm 62 and had knee replacement on left knee last year .I can do these as treadmill is getting harder to do due to bone on bone on right. knee .Love your chair exercises too.

    Hell yeah! I’ve requested my favorite body builder to put together a standing ab workout but this one has satisfied that need this morning. Good workout. I’m definitely feeling it. Will be following this video once an hour at work until some more intense standing ab workout surface. Only thing I have to say is the ad I got in the middle of the workout was inconvenient.

    I’m a 50 year old female and I prefer standing ab workouts due to an old neck injury. I was halfway through this workout when in the middle of the windmill move my lower right back muscle locked up, or I pulled it, because I couldn’t straighten back up. This has never happened to me before. I always warm up and am careful to have proper form. anyway I forced myself up and tried to stretch the muscle as best as I could. I put an ice pack on the area almost immediately, and kept walking around. It’s getting better but let’s see how it feels tomorrow. I guess the reason I’m saying all of this is simply to remind people to warm up their muscles and stretch before any workout. I was enjoying it immensely until this happened, but I plan to try it again when I’m feeling better.

    Still doing it every morning before coffee. An have 2 other guys in my boxing class doing it as well. It get my blood up I go walking for a mile right after. About to do it faster and doesn't feel like I'm pushing. Thank you again for sharing

    great beginners work out..I tried another "beginners" abe work out and my lower back was fucked for a few days..this is a great way to get you start moving again

    I've been doing this workout for two weeks straight so far. First week no hand weights and now I took it up a notch with weights and with proper eating. My stomach is going down. Thank you.. Before I forget I also do two to three rounds of this exercise.

    This video is great! Thanks! As a guy who suffers from vertigo, I can’t lay down and do traditional sit ups or crunches anymore. However after gaining weight in my stomach, this allows me to start toning my abs again standing up! Do you recommend any other good ab exercises that doesn’t require much head movement? Thanks!
