I found this video after doing the same old exercises with no visible results to my midsection. I absolutely love this workout! I started seeing & feeling a big difference in my abs. Four years ago I weighed 264 lbs. Today I am at 135 lbs. Needless to say, my daily exercise routine is vital for me. Most of the videos I have focus on the lower abs & I needed a change. Thanks so much for the 10 minute routine videos, they are making a huge difference in my training.

This is a great workout for our at-home seniors who have been tuning into my online Bible studies. I'd like to incorporate that for my weekly lessons. For me, the elusive six-pack abs is a goal I would like to reach; for my seniors population, encouraging "movement" would be great! Thank you, Coach Brian!

Looking forward to starting these exercises. I'm 73 yrs. old & I do go to the gym 3 times a week, but I also sit a lot due to back pain from arthritis in my back. Now when I am sitting I can do these exercises to keep moving.

56 year old male, in remission from Multiple Myeloma. I’ve used my fight with cancer to say I can’t get in shape again. My son sent me your video. I just did my first ten minute workout with you. I'm 60 and have arthritis in my lower back, knees and had shoulder replacement surgery late last year. I've been looking for a workout that I could do without so much pain from the arthritis. Since I can't get down on the floor.. without difficulty, this is a great workout, and it's not hard to do and the pain is minimal. 💪🏾YaY! 🏋🏿
