Loewenwood Forest Homeschool no, I’m east coast USA.
I LOVE this! Such a great idea. My son and I get outside everyday (unless hes sick) and we do a lot of bushcraft and camping etc. We are in northern Alberta and it has finally warmed up to the -20s thank goodness. That book looks great! Lucky kids have a great mom.

@@loewenwoodforesthomeschool2076 thank you ♡ Eric is in morning kindergarten at public school but he is home sick every second week so I've taken to homeschooling and I am really enjoying it. I feel like he is learning so much more from me than at school. I wish my husband would agree with me homeschooling him. I think it would suit our lifestyle better also. I dont know if homeschool would work so well for a single child though. I worry about him being lonely even with extra curricular activities. Sighhh
Did you find any good resources for places with harsh winters? I’m in MN and it gets very, very cold here for long periods of time with lots of snow.
